Funky, stylish hotel near the beach, with brilliant staff, great for the beach.
Pros:

This contemporary, stylish hotel is in a perfect location for beach lovers, set back 200m from Seminyak beach through a short alley way. The whole hotel is set as a “Monopoly Board” with contemporary sculptures and paintings. The staff were polite and couldn’t do enough to help. Good breakfast and a 25m pool which is great for a morning swim. This was our last stop after sixteen days in Bali and Gili Islands - we saved the best until last!

Cons:

It’s a 5 minute walk down a twisty, dark road to get back to the shopping and “eat street” areas. Best to jump on a “Grab”, or walk along the beach and then go inwards.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Lightly dated but still a cute little hotel, so close to the beach and yet relatively quiet. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty, pool was clean with plenty of sun and shaded options to chill. My room was super spacious, so much storage in cupboards and a fridge with space for extra drinks and goodies. Incredibly priced considering. Staff are awesomely friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The hotel could do with a light spruce, to freshen up it's decor and surfaces.

Great location, nice sea view, spacious room and friendly service, with a few minor drawbacks.
Pros:

Excellent location, just a few steps from Seminyak Beach, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with good facilities.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, they offered us welcome drinks during our check-in making us feel very welcome.

Cons:

The room and some of the facilities felt a little dated.
Although we didn't felt unsafe, we had unexpected visitors on two out of our three nights. On the second night, a woman knocked on our door at around 6:20 a.m., and on the third night, two women came to our door at around 12:30 a.m. It appeared that another guest, possibly from one of the lower floors and the same number of appartment had requested their "services". When I opened the door, they wanted to enter even though they clearly did not know me, and they even showed me their WhatsApp conversations to explain the situation in broken english.
In such cases, I believe reception should communicate with the relevant room before allowing outside visitors to move around the property and disturb other guests. The corridors are equipped with CCTV, so management should be able to verify the incidents.

The rooms were so big and really clean and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic with a massive bath, seperate shower and 2 hand basins. The fridge was big, nice kitchenette and you can see the ocean from the balcony. Tv stations were great as well… something for everyone. The beachfront restaurants start 50 metres from your doorstep and with plenty to choose from

Cons:

It was a bit isolated from the shopping areas but that didn’t spoil our stay… in fact it was nice to be out of the hussel and bussel

A wonderful place to relax. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back again!
