Rooms were clean, the rooms were older but the staff has been updating them. I would classify this as a retro hotel. Pricing was wonderful, location was perfect. There is housekeeping and they come 1x a day take out trash, dust, vacuum and swap towels. They do not change your sheets. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I was concerned with the mix of good and bad reviews but after being there with a few family members with a few different rooms, it's a great choice for a budget.

Hurt myself on broken toilet seat , Now have bruise on my inner thigh .

The first room I got had a big ass dead roach and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector which was ladder high there was blood on the top blanket and a black mark on the sheets I complained to management they transferred me to another room but was surprised that the room wasn’t cleaned than the other room key didn’t work I had to make like 4 trips in and down the stairs to get my key reactivated after it worked the carpet still wasn’t vacuumed the beds were cleaned but there was a big ass roach on the wall. Than the next day I woke up and found a big ass roach on the vanity. I came down for navy graduation so all hotels were sold out so I had no other option to stay here.

It was nice clean and very friendly.

We changed 3 different rooms in just 1 day! The first room was on the very far end of the 2nd floor. Very dark and the furnitures were like in the 50's. Smelly!
The 2nd room has broken bathroom door broken; i can't close and lock it. The front door where the chain was connected to the trim came off and fell on the floor. It looks like someone push it hard from the outside that the door trim got busted. This concerned me very much. All night long people above us kept on stomping their feet. Walking all night long. We were not able to sleep. To make matter worst, 5 am they turned the music on so loud! I couldn't call the front desk afraid of retaliation. (if you can call it a front desk. A small window with a glass and a bar. I guess for their own security).

The following day before the check out, I complained and demanded my remaining 2 nights to be refunded. Fortunately, they did.

The place is so run down, Disgusting! I don't believe there are other costumers checked in. Very few cars parked at the parking lot. It makes me wonder how this place still in business.

It would have been nice to have wifi, but it wasnt bad.

The room was clean and the check in was very simple and easy. The room needs little update,but it serves it's purpose. Very close to the Great Lakes RTC.

The room has poor accommodations, smiley and lack of many basic stuff

The stuff are super nice appreciate it from checking to the bad side is that the room is having a bad smell order I just find some roaches, but I didn’t say anything good anyone else

It was dirty, they haven’t washed those sheets in years.

It’s not the nicest hotel, it’s also not labeled as such. We had one of the 2 story rooms, it gave our family the rest and space we needed. Any of the staff we encountered were very kind and helpful.

It looks like they’re in an ongoing process of making the property better, on a daily basis. We had no major issues with our stay.

My family and I had a horrible experience the room had 3 beds it had an upstairs and it was so hot no air would go up there ceiling fan would not work. No one ever cleaned our rooms we stayed 5 nights and our sheets never got changed we only got towels cause we had to ask and they refused to give us more towels. No remotes or batteries. No one asked us if we needed anything or any trash taken we had to do it all ourselves. As a navy family we are very upset we had such a horrible experience.

Good overall for the price. Bedding and towels needed to be fresher or washed. The beds were okay but older for sure. The rooms were roomy though and good for families. Close to everything which was convenient.
