Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

Widok z okna na panoramę Rzeszowa. Pokój był czysty i dobrze wysprzątany. Super pomysł z żelazkiem i deska do prasowania na każdym piętrze. Łazienka duża i przestronna a w pokoju poza łóżkiem wygodny fotel i kanapa. Smaczna restauracja oranżeria. W pokoju ekspres do kawy i czajnik

Cons:

Źle rozwiązana kwestia parkingu - personel nie poinformował mnie że karteczkę ze zwolnieniem z opłaty za parkowanie muszę zanieść do auta od razu bo inaczej dostanę mandat. Mandat dostałam zaledwie po 20- 30 min parkowania (czas meldunku na recepcji, zaniesienia bagaży do pokoju). Oczywiście mogę złożyć do APCOA reklamację ale hotel już nie ma z tym nic wspólnego :( . Fotel i kanapa w pokoju były wyblakłe widać że od dawna używane - warto wymienić. Nie działał czajnik.

All in all a pleasant stay, when issues raised with staff they did their best to resolve.
Pros:

Nice big room with comfortable double bed.
Good views over the city.

Cons:

Issues with the air conditioning (common in Polish hotels)
Struggled to find any TV channels in English.
Plenty of German ones?

Serdecznie polecam.
Pros:

Hotel jest fantastycznie położony, w samym centrum miasta. Pokoje są bardzo duże i wygodne. Pracownicy hotelu byli wyjątkowo uprzejmi i pomocni.
