Habitación limpia muy pequeña con cama ruidosa

Cons:

En general, más que un hotel, parece un hostal sencillo, aunque limpio. Está ubicado en un edificio antiguo y poco cuidado, compartiendo zonas comunes bastante deterioradas. Hay ascensor, pero para llegar a él primero hay que subir una gran escalinata, lo que lo hace prácticamente inaccesible para personas con movilidad reducida y muy incómodo si se viaja con equipaje (¿han pensado en una plataforma elevadora?).
Una vez dentro, el suelo del pasillo es muy ruidoso y las habitaciones son pequeñas, con escaso aislamiento acústico entre ellas; se escuchaba incluso roncar al vecino. Destaca la cama, colocada junto a una pared (que además estaba sucia), aunque la limpieza diaria se veía que se realizaba. La cama era muy inestable y extremadamente ruidosa, moviéndose con cualquier mínimo gesto, cual palio de un paso de Semana Santa; no la recomendaría para personas corpulentas.
Se echa en falta al menos una mesilla junto al cabecero o un mínimo de iluminación auxiliar; habría bastado con una pequeña lámpara en el propio cabecero, ya que no hay ninguna. También falta un enchufe accesible cerca de la cama: hay uno detrás, de difícil acceso, pero además no funcionaba. La habitación da a un patio de luces poco agradable, para el que sería preferible utilizar cristales translúcidos.
El baño, aunque limpio, tiene un aspecto anticuado, pidiendo una reforma, presenta varias deficiencias: no hay soporte para el papel higiénico, una de las placas del falso techo está levantada, no hay iluminación adecuada sobre el espejo y el grifo del bidé está mal instalado, ya que el agua caliente sale por el lado del agua fría.
En cualquier caso, los precios no son muy elevados pero no por pagar menos deben de descuidar estos detalles.

La ubicación excelente

Cons:

Los ruidos nocturnos del interior del edificio. Cisternas y extractores de otras habitaciones, limpiadoras por la mañana bien temprano. No hay enchufes dentro de la habitación para recargar el móvil y las paredes estaban llenas de rayones.
