Pros:

Jarak yg sgt dekat dgn Waterfront & kedai-kedai yang berhampiran. Permandangan yg indah terutama pada waktu malam dari jendela bilik hotel.

Cons:

The internet in room doesn't work,. I misplaced make up items in the bathroom at checkout .. messaged them and they said not found even though i notified them only a few hours after check out. The staff could easily be replaced by humanoids who would have been more intelligent. All they say is sorry.
Air cond controls are substandard. Breakfast is below standard .. don't bother, there are so many shops outside that serve better food.
One thing for sure, for the price they charge, their lobby looks excellent, but the rooms are relatively run down.
Parking is available but the security guard is keeping at keast 3 for non exiatent emergencies. Throughout my week there, the same excuse and they were never used.
I'm very disappointed with this hotel. How they manage to keep international 4 star is beyond my understanding. Two star would be too generous.
I do not think I will be back to use this hotel again
