Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. We could take our dog with us! Easy drive to Newport and easy walk to parking lot.

Cons:

Only one thing - when we arrived there was a clump of dark hair on the shower floor.

Other than not coming back to a clean room, our stay was great.
Pros:

The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was a nice size. Breakfast was great and many choices.

Cons:

I really did not like that our room was not freshened up on the 2nd day of our stay. I understand that the policy is to straighten up a room every other day, but when you're only staying 2 nights that policy should not be followed.

- le personnel à l'accueil est très chaleureux et sympathique
- le petit déjeuner était au delà de nos attentes, avec beaucoup de choix différents (avec néanmoins peu de produits frais comparativement aux hôtels européens, mais je l'impression que c'est une tendance assez marquée aux USA dans les hôtels de bas ou moyen standing. Il y avait quand même quelques des fruits).
- la chambre était très grande
- la piscine et la salle de sport ont été fort appréciées
- parking facile

Cons:

- le lit pour nos enfants n'était pas fait à l'arrivée (canapé lit)
- l'emplacement n'est pas incroyable, l'hôtel n'est pas trop loin du centre (en voiture) mais il est au milieu d'une zone commerciale

Lost and found easy process

Thank you so much Madison! My sister left her lymphoedema sleeve in our hotel room and didn't discover it til late at night after we checked out. We called and Madison was right on it. She found the sleeve and mailed it to us right away
No long explanations needed!! Those sleeves are not cheap!

Despite the price it was a good stay
Pros:

We rarely stay at Homewood suites since we are Marriott people but given the holiday weekend and both the price and quality of nearby Marriott properties we opted to stay here.

Ok it's Newport on a holiday weekend but close to $300 for this property is a joke. Yes it was a suite(mini suite) and a newer hotel but wow!

The room was nice except don't run the dishwasher at night if you want to sleep since it is incredibly loud. And the water pressure in the bathroom was pitiful.

Some positives was Madison at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was much better than the equivalent at Marriott properties. A bigger more interesting selection.

Despite the price it was a good stay.
