I had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Busan from 9th to 11th February. The location right by the ocean offers stunning views, especially at night when Gwangan Bridge lights up — truly unforgettable.
The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows that made the most of the sea view. Everything felt clean, elegant, and thoughtfully designed.
Service was warm and professional throughout my stay. The staff were attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The indoor infinity pool and breakfast were also highlights.
Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I would happily return on my next visit to Busan.

I had an amazing stay at Park Hyatt Busan. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome and the level of service throughout the hotel was outstanding.
The front desk staff were fantastic and always professional, warm, and attentive. Breakfast at The Dining Room was a highlight of my stay. The food was excellent with great variety, and the breakfast team delivered exceptional service that made each morning a pleasure.
I also visited The Living Room bar where the cocktails were outstanding. Bartender Gangwon is truly sensational. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about his craft. The atmosphere, drinks, and service were all excellent.
Overall, Park Hyatt Busan delivered a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful hotel with an incredible team, and I very much look forward to returning.

During our stay at Park Hyatt Busan, our daughter Jia suddenly developed a fever and started vomiting late at night. It was a stressful situation for our family, but your staff responded with extraordinary kindness and professionalism.
The team promptly helped clean the floor after she vomited, brought a thermometer to our room even though it was very late, and proactively asked whether they could purchase children’s fever medicine for us from a nearby convenience store. Thanks to their thoughtful support and quick action, Jia’s fever came down overnight, and the rest of our family was able to rest and sleep.

Possibly not hotel you need if distance from Busan station area is important. Is 30 mins drive to there. Wasn’t important to us.
