As a blind guest, I require some assistance when using a breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication and a lack of coordination among the staff.

The employee who initially assisted me kindly took my order, but it never reached the appropriate staff, and my food never arrived. I had to place the same order three separate times before it was finally addressed.

I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told one was not yet available. This meant there was no opportunity to resolve the issue while it was happening.

The staff were polite, but the process clearly failed. Guests who require accessibility assistance should not have to repeatedly place the same order just to receive breakfast. Better communication and clearer procedures are needed to ensure all guests receive the service they expect.

I am looking forward to connecting with the manager to resolve this while I am still here.

The hotel was great and we had a restful stay. Busan has a great vibe! Hands down, my favorite place that we've visited in Korea including Jeju.

If you're looking for a hotel that showcases the beauty of Korea at every turn, this is the place to stay. Tucked away in one of Busan's most upscale neighborhoods, the hotel offers spectacular views while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere that feels worlds away from the city's crowds. Although it's within about a 20-minute walk of the lively oceanfront areas, the hotel itself sits in a quiet, safe, beautifully developed neighborhood. There are also wonderful local spots nearby, including OPS, one of Busan's most beloved bakeries.

What truly makes this property stand out, however, is its guest experience. I've stayed at several Park Hyatt properties around the world, and this is the one I keep coming back to—and the one I recommend most enthusiastically to friends and family. From the moment you book until the day you leave, you genuinely feel that the team is focused on making your stay exceptional.

Our guest experience ambassador, Kyunghun (Kevin) Park, made our stay special even before we arrived. He helped coordinate reservations across multiple bookings and arranged weekend activities for us, making what could have been a complicated process completely seamless. Throughout our stay, it was obvious how much he cared about creating memorable experiences for every guest. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail deserve special recognition.

The newly introduced weekend activities have made the hotel even more enjoyable. If your schedule allows, I highly recommend visiting over a weekend to take advantage of them. While the hotel doesn't have the outdoor infinity pool that many luxury properties advertise, the creative activities more than make up for it. In particular, the singing bowl session by the pool was a highlight of our stay. My relatives, who are a bit older, enjoyed that peaceful experience far more than they would have enjoyed a crowded outdoor pool. It was a thoughtful addition that perfectly matched the tranquil atmosphere of the hotel.

The property itself is also stunning. The nighttime view of Gwangan Bridge is absolutely breathtaking, and the hotel incorporates subtle Korean-inspired design elements throughout the interiors, giving it a refined sense of place without feeling overly themed. I think the photos I've attached speak for themselves.

Overall, this is an outstanding destination for a family vacation, a relaxing getaway, or for anyone wanting to introduce someone to the elegance and beauty of Korea. The hotel delivers luxury not only through its facilities but, more importantly, through the people who make every guest feel genuinely welcome. I can't wait to return.

Iconic views overlooking the marina, a bit far from the city center but totally worth it. Food in restaurants was nice. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Although it didn't have that premium luxury feeling, the hotel was overall very good.
