Park Hyatt Busan

We had a corner ocean view suite and it was amazing. Could have spent our entire time there just looking at the view. Amazing drone show one night which we watched from there. Room technology was impressive. Breakfast is an extensive buffet plus options to order. The diningstructure is a lot of small rooms so it feels intimate.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, the view was beautiful, and all the staff were veryfriendly.

Kjempeflott hotell i Marine city. Enkelt å ta metro til ulike steder vi skulle. Kjempefine rom, fantastisk frokost og veldig bra treningsrom.

Worst hotel experience of my life. I would advise that you not stay here. They live off the view of the harbor and that is their ONLY redeeming feature. Everything else is a disappointment . Cold and undercooked food, staff that cannot be bothered to say “Hello” or “How are you”. Televisions that are 10 years out of date and don’t even work in your language.

So far not so good. Location is apparently a bit difficult in Busan in general as there is no proper city centre.
Arrival was a bit messy, first we needed to call
Twice about our luggage which took two hours to arrive to our room. We went for a lunch in the meantime, and the lobby bar staff was far from attentive. Table was not cleared before we got the coffee, and the staff was just trying to push the dishes around to find a place for the coffee. Food was delicious though!
Also, we were asked if we would like an upgrade, which I would have happily paid for, but it is not an option to upgrade only for part of the trip and change rooms in the between. (Or upgrade to suite x4 the original price, when this is not exactly a luxury hotel, but an upper class business place.) don’t propose upgrading if it is not possible!
Room is spacious and value for money ok, though need for renovation is visible on textiles and doors. Amenities basic business hotel le labo.
No whatsapp to concierge and have not been able to catch the concierge before arrival. Do not bother with the virtual chat or the live agent version as both just tell you to call the concierge (which is not convenient if you only have data roaming).

Vistas insuperables

My daughter and I arrived late into Busan airport and was stranded in a long line in the rain. Uber wasn't working. Grand Hyatt concierge, Ben, came to the rescue by arranging for a taxi to pick us up. Property is immaculate, food is excellent, and service was above and beyond. And, as a Hyatt Globalist, the property really made me feel like I had earned the status. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Beautiful view but rooms were disappointing and service staff need more training. Compared to other similarly priced properties including JW Marriott in Jeju and Four Seasons in Seoul, this hotel was a big disappointment.

Great views from 30th floor, pool and hot tub and gym had good views as well, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was really spacious. Everything exceptionally clean. There was a tv for the bath!

위치와 시설, 서비스가 좋았어요. 전망은 말할 것 없이 좋았구요. 발렛파킹도 좋았습니다. 조식은 꼭 드세요. 조식 식당 전망이 끝내줍니다.

Great location, oversized comfortable and well designed room with harbor views and an extremely well trained and helpful staff! I’m half way through my trip and everything has been exceptional.

After a long international flight, the service at this hotel stood out immediately. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care. Clear and comfortable communication in English further enhanced the overall experience.

A special mention goes to the gentleman at the first-floor bell desk on March 16, whose outstanding service and attention to detail were truly commendable.
