Pros:

Iconic views overlooking the marina, a bit far from the city center but totally worth it. Food in restaurants was nice. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Although it didn't have that premium luxury feeling, the hotel was overall very good.

Excellent service at Park Hyatt Busan!
Pros:

I highly recommend Park Hyatt Busan, amazing views, service and staff! The 1st floor bakery was so delicious I went twice, and the location was perfect for all our fun! The porter/bell team was especially attentive and helpful!

Perfect staycation spot with luxurious space and amenities.
Pros:

Hotel rooms and facilities are above and beyond, beautiful architecture and finishes, spotless clean and extra features like motorized black out blinds, rain shower and separate toilet room with a bidet. I haven't used food and beverage services so cannot provide feedback but options looked great especially late night snack packages. Location is bit further away from touristic spots, walkable but quite far, but if you like quiet location, this may not be an issue. Overall highly recommend this hotel if you enjoy high end space and services!

Great hotel and friendly service
Pros:

Great facilities (full gym, pool and spa), restaurants, views and staff. Would highly recommend if you are in Busan. The King room was very spacious and had great views of the Marina. We had the Signature set and the restaurant and loved it. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Very nice rooms with beautiful exceptional views,nice atmosphere ,friendly and cooperative staff and in a really good location especially the Haeundae beach. I would love to stay there again if I another chance visiting Busan
