It was a nice location facing the water and the staff were very courteous and accommodating. It was my birthday trip so they upgraded us to a family room which was nice with more space. Breakfast was decent - good spread.

Two thumbs up for Park Hyatt Busan!!
Pros:

Park Hyatt Busan service was great even before we checked in. My wife and many packages delivered and they were helpful to receive and deliver to our room. Upon parking, they came to help with luggages and brought to our room quickly after they know our room number. During check in, the front desk was attentive and asked if we had any needs. We were upgraded to a suite room with a view of the ocean/bridge. It was fantastic! The rooms were clean as it should be. Sauna and gym were good. Breakfast had many different options. Ask for the side with the bridge view. Overall, great experience with Park Hyatt Busan. Staffs were friendly, professional, and helpful! We will definitely come back!
