Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Outstanding waterfront, hotel in the perfect location. Close to pier, restaurants, and shopping. Sunrise from the balcony was beautiful each morning.

Great property in the heart of town.

Location was great. Room had a balcony facing the ocean. Pool and restaurant had views of the sea. Breakfast buffet was good.
The hot water in the room was sketchy, not always available. Pool filter was not working, water was cloudy.
Room upgrade, the staff are the most helpful and friendly.
Didn't care to use the pool after the sea lion and her pup used it, but it was fun to watch them.
The staff were amazing. My luggage got lost by the airline and the staff here was amazing getting it brought from the airport after it was found by Copa airlines.
The air conditioner in our room didn't cool. The fan worked so that helped a lot but we had to open our windows at night to lots of street noise.
the Location of the hotel is right in the center
the bathroom is very old the tips are rustic not clean enough and all the tiles on the floor of the room are dirty and sticky. the furnitures are old and some are not appropriate. the feeling is like in a hostel not 4 stars hotel. In addition we found another door connected to another room and we could hear everything that the people there were talking.
Location, breakfast, view were excellent.
The room floor was humid all the time since the type of tiles contained humidity, very outdated. Ceiling had pieces out broken.
The hotel was ideally located close to restaurants, port and entertainment.

The WiFi is spotty but the service is great. This hotel is expensive compared to the simpler ones that are further away from the water. Although, the location and view of the water is amazing.

Hotel muy bonito y excelentemente ubicado. Nos dieron un up grade a una habitación con vista al mar en el edificio principal. El único detalle negativo fue que el día domingo la piscina y toda el área exterior estaba copada por muchísimos niños (q no se alojaban en el hotel) que festejaban un cumpleaños. Por lo demás, todo 10 puntos.
Of the two tours we booked with this hotel, one of them had its leave time changed from 8am to 6am less than 12 hours before the tour was to take place. Although we had the times in writing, they did not give us our tour as contracted. When we disputed the charge to our credit card company, the hotel manager lied about the circumstances, the same treatment we received when we were there. We met many people during our visit to the Galapagos, and they were appreciative of the other hotels where they stayed. I highly recommend bypassing this hotel in order to receive honest and gracious hospitality. If you have to stay here, try to get a room away from the street and away from the pool, as rooms facing these venues are really noisy.
Excelente servicio y atención de todo el personal, la habitación muy confortable, todas las habitaciones con vista al mar y a la piscina. Excelente el desayuno buffet y los platos a la carta. Nos recibieron con un coktel de bienvenida, fue una estadía encantadora.
