Pros:

Restaurante deixou a desejar , apresentação dos alimentos , comida repetida e fria , foi vendido pacote para dia dos namorados e jantar foi péssimo , era bandejão com pizza horrível carne fria, um caldo super engordurado prometeram passeios de balsa estava quebrada , canoagem não rolou , tudo muito fraco hotel precisa de manutenção nos equipamentos aquáticos tudo muito sucateado

Pros:

Estadia Decepcionante, cama de casal pequena, muitos pernilongos no quarto, não há local para se colocar as malas.
As duas jacuzzis ficavam com água super aquecidas e sem regulagem de temperatura.
Monitores das crianças sem devido preparo.

Pros:

Minha estadia foi muito boa!
O hotel tem muitas opções de atividades, principalmente para quem tem filhos (não é o meu caso).
Tem uma piscina linda e grande, com bar, e outra coberta. Tem piscina de hidromassagem, varias quadras e campos de futebol, volei, basquete, salão com mesas de bilhar, ping-pong e pebolim. Tem passeio a cavalo ou de charrete. E tem varias atividades na marina que saem para a Represa do Jurumirim. Infelizmente devido aos fortes ventos durante o período que fiquei no hotel não teve como fazermos essas atividades e o passeio de barco pela represa estava suspenso devido a estiagem. Mas consegui fazer outras atividades e aproveitar o hotel durante minha estadia.
O atendimento é excelente, todos os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos! Junto com toda a estrutura que o hotel oferece é um dos muitos pontos positivos que ele tem.
Só tenho 2 pontos negativos a ressaltar, quase não há tomadas no quarto, e as que tem ficam longe da cama, pra deixar o celular carregando é muito ruim! A tv também é muito pequena e posicionada num canto do quarto e muito longe da cama. Com o sinal muito ruim também, no periodo em que se quer descansar no quarto é quase impossivel assistir tv.
A comida é muito boa e bem temperada, mas com opções bem limitadas. Poderiam colocar mais opções de carnes e acompanhamentos no buffet.
Mas no geral é um hotel muito bom que recomendo e se possível voltarei!

Pros:

Hotel muito bom, bem cuidado. a comida boa, embora seria melhor se tivesse uma variedade maior. Serviço excelente, funcionários atenciosos e educados. Muitas atividades para crianças com monitores preparados. A acomodação é bem simples, mas bem cuidada. Vale o passeio.
