Skiurlaub, wie wir es mögen
Pros:

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Chasa Montana und haben eine fantastische Woche hier verbracht. Angefangen vom sehr persönlichen und herzlichen Empfang bis hin zu einer immer sehr freundlich Betreuung können wir dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Wir hatten Halbpension und wurden auch hier immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Das wir die anderen Restaurants auch nutzen konnten, hat es sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Nach dem Essen haben wir die Bar besucht und auch dort wurden wir immer sehr gut und sehr freundlich versorgt. Positiv zu erwähnen wäre, dass es eine Raucher- und auch eine Nichtraucherbar gibt. So ist für jedermann etwas dabei. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und alles war immer sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.
Das Hotel ist im Skigebiet sehr gut gelegen. Es gibt einen Shuttle, der zur Bergbahn hin und auch zurück fährt. Die Fahrt dauert keine 5 Minuten. Wer möchte, kann auch die Hausabfahrt nehmen, sie bietet viel Abwechslung und ist ein schöner Abschluss des Skitages. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und sagen Danke an das ganze Team.

Pros:

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist hochwertig & exklusiv. Vom Empfang, übers Zimmer (Suite), den Wellnessbereich, Fitnessstudio & nicht zuletzt das Essen (Frühstück & Dinner) - alles war wunderbar und sehr empfehlenswert! Das Personal ist extrem aufmerksam & das Essen einfach einzigartig.

Pros:

Ein Top Hotel! Gute Atmosphäre, tolles und sehr nettes Personal. Eine grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück, da findet jeder was leckeres.
Auch das Essen vom A là Carte Restaurant war sehr gut.
Ich durfte ein Upgrad vom Hotel geniessen und nächtigte in der Turmsuite. Traumhaft schön. Danke dafür.

Cons:

Leider war ich mit der Zimmerreinigung nicht sehr zufrieden. Trozdem werde ich wieder mal einen Aufenthalt im Hotel geniessen.

Very special experience
Pros:

We were really surprised how beautiful was the hotel and our room with a lot of small details. Top level of luxury hospitality, amazing services, very king people. We definitely want to come again. We also loved the nature around, we were hiking.

Un hotel de excelente nivel, para disfrutar en cada rincon
Pros:

Excelente hotel, instalaciones, habitacion, ubicacion. un 10 !

Cons:

Quizas deberia tener una salida del spa al exterior, entiendo que la temporada de invierno es la mas importante del año, pero en primavera y verano tambien se disfruta el lugar, y tener una piscina solo cerrada, es un desperdicio. Deberian encontrar la forma de disfrutar ese espacio tambien en verano, con la magnifica vista a la montaña
