Mex city is amazing! If you have thick hair maybe consider booking a shampoo at a salon
Pros:

Bed was clean and comfy. Staff was very nice

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was super weak water pressure and too high of rain shower head. Couldn’t even wash out my shampoo soap.

The Mari’s Condesa is an excellent choice and a great value in Condesa. I would definitely recommend it!
Pros:

Location, good bedding and towels, welcoming and knowledgeable staff.

Cons:

The night shift was very noisy. I was awakened at 3 am on multiple nights by loud conversations. Please ask them to be conscious of their surroundings.

Outstanding and helpful staff. Clean and nice size rooms.
Pros:

Location was good. We walked to most shops and sights. The Metro is a 12 minute walk and we found it easy to navigate.

Cons:

Very little. The noise from the bar next door, but they close at a decent hour. The construction of the restaurant is almost complete so noise is low.

Pros:

The room was the real star of the show. Lovely design features that provided a stylish, restful air of luxury. The breakfast dining area was beautiful; a covered rooftop space. The breakfast itself was good, not excellent. The staff were kind and helpful.

Ein Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Renovierungsarbeiten haben jedoch gestört.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr tolle Ausstattung. In unserem Apartment hatten wir eine Sauna, was für den Preis super toll war. Die betten sind auch sehr gemütlich und das Zimmer sehr geräumig, mit toller Dusche.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthaltes stand das Hotel noch unter Renovierungsarbeiten, was wir zuvor nicht wussten. An unserem ersten Tag hatten wir dadurch nur kaltes Wasser. Das Personal war jedoch zuvorkommend und hatte uns eine Dusche in einem Hotel in der Nähe angeboten, sowie eine Flasche Wein als Entschädigung gegeben. Am zweiten Tag wurde gestrichen und der Farbgeruch kam in unsere Zimmer. An eine Kante im Zimmer war zudem ein Licht angebracht, welches durch einen Bewegungsmelder aktiviert wurde, wahrscheinlich mit der Idee, um Nachts einfach auf die Toilette gehen zu können. Das Licht war jedoch ein bisschen zu hell und der Bewegungsmelder ein wenig zu sensibel, sodass das Licht Nacht manchmal anging, wenn ein Insekt o. ä. am Bewegungsmelder vorbei flog (?). Zudem mussten wir für Trinkwasser stets fragen, ob unsere Flaschen aufgefüllt werden könnten. Andere Hotels lösen dies besser mit einem Trinkwassertank im Flur.

Safe, Friendly, and Felt Like Family place
Pros:

The room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. A huge thank you to the housekeeping staff, who was exceptionally friendly and paid attention to the smallest details—she even folded a t-shirt I’d forgotten to hang up! Her sweet gestures made us feel so well cared for, and I felt completely safe. I left my second phone and airpods in the room every day, and they were always right where I left them.

A big shoutout to Chef Pedro, who made breakfast such a highlight with his amazing, personalized meals. He’d come over to ask what we felt like eating each morning and then surprise us with wonderful Mexican touches. He truly went above and beyond for us.

The front desk team was just as incredible. Erwin and Valeria went out of their way to attend to our every need, consistently delivering more than we asked for. Whether we walked in at 4:00 AM or 2:00 PM, they greeted us with warm smiles and followed up on all our requests.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was so peaceful that I kept taking longer naps than planned! As a boutique hotel, it offers a level of comfort, safety, and genuine care that big chains and Airbnbs just can't match. Staying here genuinely felt like staying with family.

Nothing at all.

We loved the Maria Condesa for its wonderful staff, comfort and location.
Pros:

The staff were so gracious and professional. In advance of our stay, they responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. They were helpful throughout our visit, providing directions, recommendations and extra towels and water. Front reception staff Valeria and her colleagues were so kind and helpful, going beyond what we would expect. The room was spacious, super clean, and with a very comfortable bed and nice street view; the bathroom was large and we really enjoyed having the sauna to relax in. Great location on a lovely Condesa street, about a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Parque Mexico.

Cons:

The lighting in the bathroom was rather dark for putting on makeup and they need more drawer space for clothing. We looked forward to the included breakfast, but rather than a buffet (which is what we expected) it was cooked to order by a perfectionistic chef with an attitude and took a really long time. This would have been ok if we had been advised and planned for the time; but we were anxious to get out to start our day so this was more annoying than pleasurable. We were told that the hotel was in transition from one food service to another so hopefully they get the kinks worked out.
