I found my stay at the White Lotus Hotel a great experience.

Phillip the bell man was a pleasure to greet every day when entering and leaving the Hotel.

Rose, Brian and Jay were terrific Hotel reception
staff on showing and helping me with the amenities of the Hotel.

Linda and Tammy served great breakfast each morning which I'll miss.

The White Lotus Saigon Hotel is a great place to stay in District 1, close to Nyguen Hue Street and abit of a walk to the Independence Palace, War Remnants Museum and Saigon Post Office. Ill definitely return to the White Lotus Saigon Hotel if returning to HCMC.

Nice simple hotel with an amazing staff. They all friendly and helpful. From the doorman to Rose at the front desk, Tammy and Lyndi serving breakfast along with Tracy who was great filling many positions. Housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable. There were others that contributed to our pleasant stay. I can't remember all the names, I'm getting up there in years. Hoping to revisit soon.

とにかくコスパ最強！新しいホテルではないですが立地、朝食付きを考えると大満足です。
残念なのは、夕方～夜の受付、挨拶もないし起きているか寝ているか分からなかった…
その他、掃除係、朝食会場のスタッフはみんなフレンドリーでした。受付だけは教育しなおしたほう良いと思います。

一人旅に最高
Pros:

ホテル前の道は一方通行のため（ホテルの反対側に駐車されます）、乗り降りがしやすいです。
深夜1:40着の便だったため、Grabでホテルへ。
フロント担当のROSEさんが、仮眠を取りながら待っていてくれました。
ホテルによっては深夜のチェックインはできないところもある中で、とても親切な対応で感動しました。
ドアマンのPHILLIPさんは、現地の友人が来たときに適切な出迎えをしてくれたり、私がGrabを呼んだ時は外で車が来るまで待機してくれたりと、とても親切に対応してくれました。
基本、ホテルスタッフの対応が丁寧で、とても過ごしやすいです。
1点だけ難をあげるならば…セキリティボックスがあるのですが、非常に使用しにくいです。
マニュアルもありますが、マニュアル通りの操作では使用できません。
旅行カバンとベルトが施錠できるものだったので、貴重品以外でホテルにおいておくものはカバンにしまっていました。
貴重品については、常に持ち歩くことをお勧めします。

立地的には、市民劇場にも近く、コンビニや24hの薬局、レートのよい換金所などが近所にあり、とても便利です。

3泊しましたが、朝食もベトナムのこのクラスのホテルの感じで、可もなく不可もなくといった感じです。
リピーターとして、使いたいホテルです(中々、リピーターとして使うホテルは見つかりません)。

フロントスタッフの対応が良かったこと、朝食は種類もこのクラスでは多くて美味しかった。オムレツやスクランブルエッグは目の前で作ってくれて美味しかった。ベトナムコーヒーも綺麗で美味しかったです。スタッフのTAMMYさんのおもてなしは最高でした。またベトナムに来ることがあればまた泊まりたいです。

3개룸을 2박 이용했습니다.
방음이 안되는 점이 좀 아쉽지만 호텔은 전체적으로 깔끔하고 모든 직원분들은 친절했습니다.
특별히 조식을 준비하시는 분의 넘치는 친절과 도어맨으로 수고하시는 분께서는 크록스뒤에가 떨어진것도 직접 고쳐주실만큼 넘 만족스러웠습니다.
