Room was small .
We are very happy that we chose this hotel. The service was exceptionally friendly, and all the staff spoke excellent English, which made us feel very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety.
We also visited the hotel’s spa – the massages were of the highest quality, truly among the best we experienced in Vietnam. As this was our last night before the flight, we really appreciated being allowed to use the shower before departure.
A truly great choice – we highly recommend it!

I would like to give the staff at Serene Boutique Hotel & Spa my utmost gratitude for being so accommodating to assist with my early morning flight. The staff had assisted myself in booking a taxi to pick me up straight from the hotel to the airport at the early hours of the morning. However, what I would like to highlight is the fact that they had kindly prepared a “to go box” breakfast for me to take with me to the airport. Thank you for taking such exceptional care of your guests at any time of their stay. The location was good as it was in the old district of Hanoi and close to major tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean with all general hotel amenities provided and replenished daily.
Rooms were a bit outdated. Shower had poor drainage issues.
The hotel location is very convenient, the main sights are just a few minutes to go. The staff is very kind and helpful. They gave me good discount for spa. I liked everything, it’s a good choice for a few days stay.
Staff were amazing, Tracy went out of her way to check in each day, provide recommendations, and make sure I was happy. Location is very convenient. Airport transfer service was easy. Good value for money, it is basic however for the price it is very reasonable.
The rooms were not fully sound proof to other rooms, so you could hear others quite clearly. Not a huge issue for me but something to be mindful of. Occasional bug in the shared areas however it is Vietnam so that is expected.
Le personnel était très gentil et toujours disponible pour aider. Un grand merci à Tracy, elle m'a beaucoup aidé et conseillé pour les visites, elle est formidable. La situation géographique de l'hôtel est très bien, dans le vieille ville de Hanoi on peut tout faire à pied.

Very convenient location perfectly in the middle of old town, rooms were good as well as general cleanliness. Staff were extremely nice and helpful, one staff member helped us book our next part of the trip.
Très bon accueil avec des conseils pour les visites a faire. La rue est calme la nuit malgré l emplacement.
