Thậm chí còn không có nội dung CK ?
Tại sao không dùng email, diễn giải toàn bộ sự việc để thể hiện sự tôn trọng khách hàng, để khách hàng hiểu được, nếu thông tin từ phía Khách sạn thì sẽ có sự tin tưởng ( thay vì sử dụng số ĐT và số TK cá nhân )

Vincent was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. His positive attitude stood out and was appreciated.

Cons:

The room did not match the photos advertised, which was disappointing. We also experienced a power outage that made the room extremely hot with no air conditioning or fans. Breakfast was below expectations and quite limited. On top of that, we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs during checkout due to the lack of power, which made the experience very inconvenient.

Tony Vincent and Tracey we’re awesome and very help Gil during out stay would come back.
Pros:

Comfortable beds. Room was kept very clean. Lovely balcony .

Cons:

Nothing to dislike suited us a both as a couple. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helped us.
