Great pick for a stay in hanoi
Pros:

Reception was 10/10. Great English, very helpful. Laundry, spa, tours, breakfast.. everything you could need. They kept our luggage on the last day and even allowed us to shower before our night bus. And on top of it all, organised a beautiful arrangement on our bed for our honeymoon. Big shoutout to Tony at reception who helped us a lot.

Cons:

The window had a big gap in it that was taped so bugs wouldn’t get in but it did make it quite loud from the next buildings noise.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel !
Pros:

Cet hôtel est très bien situé et calme. La chambre, la salle de bain, la literie, sont très propres et très confortables. Petit déjeuner très bon, complet et varié (dont délicieux fruits de la passion tous les matins). Le personnel est très chaleureux et toujours disponible. Je recommande cet hôtel !

장소가 좋았다. 대부분 도보로 이동하기 좋았고..
시끄러운 장소하고 조금 떨어져있어서 괜찮았다.
에어컨도 잘 됫고 가성비 호텔👍

Cons:

조식이 많이 아쉬웠다.
종류도 많이 없었고.. 볶음밥을 새로 한 것이 아니고 떨어질때까지 놔두는지 마지막날 너무 딱딱해서 먹지를 못했다.. 그냥 과일만 먹는걸로...

El personal, amabilidad, ubicación, el desayuno fantástico, tortillas hechas al momento, buena habitación, cama cómoda, no sé puede pedir más... volvería sin duda... muchísimas gracias!!

Todo el personal fue encantador, excepto un botones que te abría la puerta en el turno de tarde, que parecía que se le debía dinero...el resto, fenomenal.. gracias

Excellent séjour, je recommande cet hôtel.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, très bon petit déjeuner, très bonne literie. Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux, toujours disponible. Je remercie particulièrement Vincent qui nous a amenés en urgence avec son frère au point de départ de notre bus.

Ngay trung tâm phố cổ với nhiều hàng quán và khu di tích xung quanh

Cons:

Thiết bị và cơ sở vật chất của phòng khá cũ. Bên cạnh đó, có vẻ như thảm và sàn không được làm sạch định kì nên mình vẫn nghe mùi ẩm, không sạch sẽ.
