Absolutely disgusting !!! Do not stay here unless you disrespect yourself . What more can I say dirty bed dirty bath dirty floors only 1 lift work g air con failing loud noisy just absolutely terrible . Even if I was a blind person I could see this is bad .

Strategic

The room was cozy and worth for the price. Surrounding area is very noisy at night due to the character of Bui Vien St. It should taken into account.

It only 8am (Vietnam time). The breakfast option is the worst i ever seen. Only noddles and fry egg. Those buffet setup was just for showcase. Coffee and tea are cold. There are guests from other country, have a thought for these guests. How much does it cost to have a decent option of bake beans, sausage, porridge, stew beef etc. Not everyone truely enjoy vietnam noddles. Most of the guest have no option but to accept. Slient does not mean we happy. Either you mention breakfast or no breakfast. Of course we can choose to stay in a better hotel, but please be reminded you are running a hospitality business.

Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Need to get top floor remodel finished. On previous stay i enjoyed many rooftop b-fast.
Please don't use first floor stairway as storage for construction materials - unsafe during an evacuation.

Great service, new club downstairs too loud, music dies not need to be that loud

Being on the walking street every motel will be loud of a night time however it is perfect if you are looking for a taste of the night life. My room was clean and beds were very comfortable so even on the night I chose not to go out, the comfy bed made it easy to sleep even with the bass of the music thumping. The staff are helpful. I would definitely come back and stay again.

When I arrived the hotel name is amazingly turned to "Valentine Hotel". The room is tidy and clean. But you can't escape the noise from neighbouring bars which keeps beating until 5 in the morning I believe. Location is good. Near bus station and in the popular District 1.

I have stayed here many times and enjoyed the hotel. It is located right on Bui Vien street in the heart of backpacker area. Restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, Circle K are just outside the hotel, so it is extremely convenient. The beds are comfortable and that is important to me as cleanliness and modern styling, and most importantly not very expensive.
Because it is surrounded by clubs, it is rather noisy at night with music blasting from the club across the street and the club next door. If you are a light sleeper, then this hotel is not for you. For me it is the same as having the radio on while I sleep so it did not bother me. The breakfast was ok, only few selections, and not a buffet.
The only downside is that there is currently construction going on to renovate the hotel and they start work at 8:00am. Hopefully they will finish soon.

The only thing it they fixing the room nextdoor, everyday we only can sleep 3-4hrs and the noise wake us up. And they wont change the room for us.

The hotel was under full renovation whereby the entrance was block by scaffolding and it was very dangerous to go into the lobby. The lobby was torn out with full renovation and materials were everywhere.
Should not have accepted guests as I feel it was dangerous for them to move in and out of the hotel.

Stayed on the second floor on a saturday night. Hotel staff were friendly. Could hear music from the club beneath hotel until 4am. Woken up in the morning by hammering in the hotel foyer which is currently being renovated. Large mould (black in colour) above shower head. Large mould spots on bedroom wall and ceiling.
Glad only stayed one night.

While the rooms weren't overly bad, the accommodation is situated above about 3 nightclubs which pump music till about 5.30am. Bring earplugs! Once the music stops you have about an hour of silence before the workers start hammering and drilling- the aston is under construction at the moment. Rooms are clean and tidy

Staff should check the room prior to checkout so the bill of water or food should be from previous person not billed to the next.

I have never left a review that I believe is as scathing as this. Without doubt, this hotel is the worst I have ever encountered.
There are dirty sheets, cold showers, untidy rooms (complete with used condoms and packets) to greet you along with unhelpful staff and broken air conditioning. But despite all of the above, the worst part of all of it is that the windows are held together by sellotape and do not close properly so you essentially feel as though you were in a nightclub until about 5 am the next morning.
It is horrendous and I would actively and avidly encourage you to book another hotel in Ho Chi Minh.
Do not stay here ever!

ブイビエン通りに面しているので、夜は4時くらいまでガンガン音が流れて寝れないです。
朝まで騒ぐ方にはいいかと思います。
部屋は広くで快適でした。金庫はなかったです。
シャワールームの天井の壁紙は剥がれてました。
なぜかテレビがつかず、スタッフを呼んで明日直すということだったのですが、次の日外出して戻って来ると壊れたままでした。
