The hotel is beautiful, located in an upscale and modern area away from the noisy city center. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the prices are excellent. All services are close to the hotel, making it ideal for peace and relaxation. Getting to the city center may cost around 100,000 Vietnamese dong or less. It is very impressive compared to the amount of money you would pay if you chose to stay in the city center with the same company.

Stayed at Novotel Living Saigon South from 10–15 November 2025 and felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. As an Accor ALL Gold member, I really appreciated the thoughtful welcome—a handwritten note with treats—and the room upgrade to a very spacious room with a comfortable living area.

Location: The hotel sits in District 7 (D7), which has a calmer, modern vibe that I enjoyed. It’s conveniently next to a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy, with plenty of restaurants just a short walk away—super handy.

Dining: Don’t miss the seafood buffet. The seafood was fresh and cooked to order by the chef (lobster, crab, oysters, etc.), and with the Accor member discount it was outstanding value.

Throughout my stay, the team was warm, attentive, and professional—the kind of hospitality that makes the Novotel brand and Accor loyalty program stand out. I left very satisfied and grateful for the recognition and benefits.

In short: a very good choice—thankful to be an Accor member and happy to return.

Very pleasant and helpful team of staff at good value accommodation at HCM City former district 7 and conveniently opposite the exhibition convention centre.

I had a short 1 night stay for the first time at Novotel Living Saigon South during 4-5 October 2025, had a very pleasant experience and would love to stay again in the future.
I was checked in and out by the very helpful Mr Bình (Rocky) whom I compliment for his patience and kind willingness to assist me as much as possible, and his team mates(remembered Ms Nhi & Ms Jade).
I got nice upgrade to an apartment, and offered late check out.
Room was clean, accommodation was well maintained. There are well maintained gym facilities too.
My breakfast was good (food and team). During my welcome drink redemption, I was nicely attended to by Mr Hau and team.
Overall my stay was made very comfortable and pleasant by the team at Novotel Living Saigon South. I thank you everyone on the team, and all the best!

When I returned to the hotel from the restaurant by taxi, I realized that I had lost my phone.
I asked two hotel staff members, Kyle and Nhi, for help. They were very kind and helped me call the taxi driver through the Grab application, and also searched for the restaurant’s phone number and called there as well. Thanks to their help, I found out that I had left my phone in the taxi. While I was waiting for the driver in the hotel lobby, they informed me that the driver had called to say he would arrive soon, and they continued to help me until I finally got my phone back. I was able to find my phone thanks to their support, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to them.

First time to stay in this hotel but Im definitely coming back again. Room is very spacious wirh cooking and washing facilities

Staff was friendly and supportive. I had Mr. Kyle who was super nice, friendly and welcoming with a good english, level helped me with taxis and support logistics throughout my stay.

Kyle and Hanh were really nice, the valet was really attentive with opening our doors and baggage as we also brought my grandma who has difficultly walking. I checked out and was waiting on a flight later when Kyle let me use the gym and bathroom facilities while waiting.

Had a smooth check in with the assistance from Kyle. He also tried to accommodate my request for late check in. I stayed in the one bedroom deluxe apartment, I like the minimalist style design, the amenities provided are pretty new and they’re functioning well.

Excellent hotel in very good location in a district that is not so crowded and with less traffic than in central areas

We stayed there for easy access for the SECC. Just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is clean. Rooms are fantastic. Staff are helpful. Fantastic hotel, and looking to return.

Gym is good, washer and dryer are good.
Dinner in hotel is also phenomenal.
