The hotel is very beautiful and cozy, perfect for disconnect and rest. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

During our stay were some kids in the hotel, and some family having a birthday celebration in the pool area, making a lot of noise. Our room was in the pool area, so it was a bit unnpleasant.

Pros:

Eine tropische Oase inmitten einer hektischen Stadt. Ich habe mich vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Personal ist immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist zwar nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend mit sehr schöner Poolbar und tropischer Vegetation. Auch die Atmosphäre im Restaurant habe ich sehr genossen, das Essen super lecker. Große, schöne Zimmer, sauber mit Balkon. Für mich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit unschlagbarem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn ich wieder nach Siem Reap komme, buche ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier.

Tranquility and awesome pool area
Pros:

Imagine calm and tranquility in the middle of a buzzling city. If you need a calm and relaxing day with spa feel thrn this is surely the place for you!!

The located is also conveniently placed, not very far from the old market / night market.

Cons:

Nothing really. I loved it and would have stayed longer if not for the fact that they were already fully booked.

Absolument tout !
Hôtel très bien situé à 10 minutes à pieds du night market et au calme absolu
La chambre est spacieuse ( nous donnions directement sur la piscine)
La piscine est très agréable, grande et propre
Le personnel est serviable et agréable
Nous y avons passé 5 nuits et on aurait aimé y rester plus !

100 % zadowoleni pod każdym względem! Posiłki, obsługa, czystość, standard i piękny ogród!

Wszystko zgodnie z założeniami i ofertą, a nawet znacznie wykraczało poza nasze wyobrażenie o miejscu. Jesteśmy w 100 % zadowoleni pod każdym względem. Zarówno jakość posiłków, jak i obsługa, czystość, standard pokojów, obiektu, wielkość/ kameralność. Piękny ogród! Hotel wpisał się idealnie w nasze oczekiwania, a do tego dobra cena.

Pros:

Breakfast was poor. Pool was beautiful but not enough loungers available

Cons:

The water was cut off for several hours impossible to shower or use toilet or brush teeth. The staff said it was due to government action but this was not true as ground floor rooms had no problem with their water supply.

Un séjour vraiment très agréable
Pros:

Un très bel hôtel tant au niveau des chambres, des petits déjeuners que de la superbe piscine Le personnel est au petit soin et en plus ils m’ont beaucoup aidé pour récupérer ma valise qui avait été perdue par Cambodia Air…

Pros:

La piscine, les chambres. Le détail et l'accueil, mon prénom et nom était écris avec des fleurs. La chambre spacieuse. Les cocktails très bons. Un très bel endroit. Pas loin des temples et autres activités à faire sur place. Je recommande!

Cons:

La douche juste à côté de la toilette. Mais c'est d'usage dans le pays.

Bardzo dobry hotel.
Zabezpieczcie palmy przy basenie, kokosy spadają na ludzi leżących przy basenie jest to bardzo niebezpieczne.

Cons:

Mieliśmy mała niespodziankę po przyjeździe, recepcja poinformowała nas ze nasz pokój dla 3 osób ma tylko 2 śniadania. Rezerwacja była dla 3 osób wiec dziwna sytuacja.
Po prośbie o rozmowę z menagerem pracownicy stwierdzili że to pomyłka i już jest wszystko ok.
Dlatego daje ocenę 9 bo w porę się opamiętali :)

Es war wunderschön und wir planen schon nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem sind Old Market und Pub Street gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (10-15 Minuten). Das Highlight des Hotels sind natürlich der Pool und die Poolbar inmitten einer grünen Oase wie auf den Fotos. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Damen an der Rezeption versuchen auf alle Wünsche der Kunden einzugehen. Ganz toller Service.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist für europäische Verhältnisse ziemlich rudimentär, aber das nach Wunsch zubereitete Omelett und frisches, sehr leckeres Obst machen es wett.
