Cons:

Atendimento. O hotel simplesmente não existe. Chegamos no local e havia uma placa iluminada escrito "hotel", mas no local ninguem atendeu e as portas estavam fechadas. As janelas com cara de hotel abandonado. Varias tentativas de contato por diversas maneiras, nenhuma com efeito.
Precisei recorrer ao suporte do booking para me realocar.
Absurdo total.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable y atento. Ponen mucha atención en los detalles y te hacen sentir como en casa. La habitación y el baño están muy limpios y reformados. El hotel está muy bien ubicado para hacer turismo por el centro. Tiene buena conexión, hay una parada de autobuses al lado.

La ubicación, y el silencio... En plans plaza de Zocodover pero no sé oía ni un ruido... Los repcionistas.... El señor de mantenimiento y la señora de la limpieza muy atento. Muy recomendable

Por poner alguna pega... No es nada muy reseñable... El bote de champú del baño.

Clean , good location. Parked in Indigo Parking San Miguel, 5 minutes walk away . Hotel looked after our bags until the room was ready.

Cons:

Requested on booking 2 extra pillows. That was too difficult for the hotel to organise.
