Clean and comfy
Pros:

Clean, tidy, loved the different teas. Bed was so comfy I could've kept sleeping.

Cons:

The heater didn't work and the room was an ice box. Electric blankets would have been nice given the cold room and cold outside, when we got into bed it was freezing but still managed to fall asleep 😊

Hotel good, my gripe is the parking fee.
Pros:

Clean and centre of Wellington NZ

Cons:

When chose the hotel it said with parking, great. When we arrived found that had to park across the road at Wilson car park at full price of $28 per day, didn’t even get a reduction.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient apartment for a lovely few days in Wellington
Pros:

The apartment was super clean, very comfy bed and an ideal location. Wasn’t noisy at night considering the central city location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, good for a short stay, friendly staff
Pros:

Comfortable room, great central location, friendly helpful staff especially the housekeeper who rescued my laundry from the in room dryer post checkout.

Cons:

Slightly old tired decor but still very clean. Had a mishap with the dryer - has an extended cool down period keeping the door locked which was a slight issue on checkout but resolved helpfully by the staff. Apart from a small hanging space no space to unpack belongings (no drawers) - unusual for an apartment hotel.

Instruction for drying cloths after heavy rain were rather unlcear, without using a washing cycle

The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately there was construction happening on an adjacent building, 5am starts, much noise and talking from the construction team. A quick warning about this from the check in staff would have been appreciated.
