This apartment suited my needs really well so I had an enjoyable stay in Wellington.
Pros:

Location excellent. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I had to request that the fridge and the hot water be repaired while I was there.

The location for us was excellent. Parking over the road. Walking distance to the things we wanted to do. Room size was what we needed.

Great location good value for money but a bit more attention needed to cleaning

Great location, reasonable value for money

Cons:

It was largely clean but could have been better. For example bathroom floor was a bit dirty near the washing machine and the extractor vent was full of dust / not sure what.

My studio room was cosy and warm like the view as well and the bed is comfortable the shower love it I'll certainly come back again.

I couldn't get the t.v to work although it had instructions.I still couldn't follow it.

Adequate, but wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

It was warm, and clean.
The amenities like the washer/dryer were helpful.

Cons:

This was very overpriced for what it was. A room at the Ramada was very similar priced. This room is very tired in decor, the bed is old (weaknesses in the mattress), and the sound proofing is terrible (my room was opposite the lifts).

Great place to stay - close to everything
Pros:

Warm, quiet, comfortable room. Large comfortable bed - the room was quite large - lots of options for food right outside the door. Would stay again

Cons:

Parking over the road in the Wilsons car park can get $$ if you arrive before 6 pm - then you can get the night rate but you need to top that up after 8 am -
