Good location but uncomfortable night as no air con/air flow and mattress very old

Perfect location for short stay in a very well equipped apartment.
Pros:

Welcoming staff, easy access, convenient location and good value. Also baby cot provided at no extra charge.

Pros:

Great location, perfect size room for our quick stay, comfiest bed!! We wernt there for too long but would definitely stay again when we come back.

Cons:

The only thing i would have wanted was a small window in the bathroom but otherwose i couldnt fault it.

The sofa in the accommodation was VERY uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced.

Central location to transport, walking distance to all Wellington CBD.

Cons:

Bed uncomfortable, mattress springs saggy, tired, soft&lumpy. No sound proofing or air conditioner. Had to have window open for ventilation, which allowed excessive city noise. Lack of room servicing, advised 'weekly', & we were there for 5 nights. Cleanliness average. Dusty shelves, floor areas. Showing adverse wear&tear. Room was beside elevator, so often late night disturbance.
