L accueil, la personne qui me prévient qu il y aura du mauvais temps et que je peux mettre ma voiture au garage

Ma nuit a été très courte à cause des personnes dans la chambre d’à côté qui devait certainement regarder un match et qui ont fait énormément de bruit. Quand le match s’est terminé, ils ont crié, chanter par très fort taper. J’ai téléphoné à la réception pour me plaindre et pour demander qu’ils entreprennent quelque chose car il était passé 23:00. La personne qui m’a répondu m’a dit qu’il n’y avait personne au desk et qu’elle ne pouvait pas faire grand-chose. Je sais que malgré tout elle est montée à toquer une fois pour deux. Livrer ne sont pas arrêtés ça continuer jusqu’à 0h30.. J’avais une réunion très importante demain matin. Je suis déçu pour cette raison, je ne trouve pas cette situation normale.

Schade war, dass das Restaurant zu hatte und es in der Umgebung kein Restaurant gab welches offen hatte.

Cons:

I arrived at 12 am and there was no one at the property and could not get a room. Imagine stranded at midnight at a hotel far away at home . No one called or emailed me about where to pick up the key from, no support. I called the numbers shown at the lobby and no one picked up. What kind of hotel this is -badly managed. Never again!!! I had to drive to the ibis in baar and pay for a night.

It is a good hotel to stay if you are planning to travel around the area
Pros:

The rooms were good. My 3 sons got a big room with a table that ended up been really useful. The location for us was absolutely great since it sits 25 mins away from Zurich and Lucerne.

Cons:

The bad and the pillos were a bit uncomfortable.

Hotel ja, Restaurant nie mehr
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Ich wartete 20‘ bis sich eine Bedienung im geöffneten Restaurant zeigte. Angeblich Bankett im 2.Stock und Personalmangel.
Gleiche Situation hatte ich schon vor Jahren dort erlebt.
