Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Ich wartete 20‘ bis sich eine Bedienung im geöffneten Restaurant zeigte. Angeblich Bankett im 2.Stock und Personalmangel.
Gleiche Situation hatte ich schon vor Jahren dort erlebt.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr einfacher Check inn. Bereits im Vorfeld telefonisch sehr kompetente und hilfreiche Auskünfte.

Cons:

Individuelles Bedürfnis: Die Kopfkissen sind sehr weich. Etwas robustere, stützende Kissen wären eine (Zusatz-)Option.

Very comfortable hotel near the motorway and quite close to the centre of Zug.
Pros:

Hotel location is very convenient for people arriving by car as it's very close to the motorway and has parking underneath the hotel in the garage. That location close to the motorway also means that rooms facing it have a view of the traffic and if the windows are open for ventilation, it's quite noisy during peak traffic periods.

Ich konnte mit dem Bus ins Zentrum fahren oder 30 Minuten teilweise durch wunderbare Natur laufen.
Es hatte ein Bänkli zum lesen
