Het teveel aan berichten en onduidelijkheid en geen bereikbaarheid om 18:00 uur gooien ze de telefoonlijn dicht en uitchecken ging ook niet zonder problemen 1 kamer perfect en 2e niet krijg een bericht te laat uitgecgeckt terwijl ik samen met de eerste kamer heb gedaan

Pros:

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und verfügte über eine Kaffee- und Teestation sowie einen kleinen Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, einige Bereiche sind frisch renoviert. Leider gab es eine Baustelle, wo ab 7.30 Uhr der Presslufthammer lief. Die Armaturen im Badezimmer hätte man mit erneuern können.

Frukosten var riktigt bra, hotellet låg bra till. Väldigt centralt.

Cons:

Bokade ett dubbelrum, fick ett rum som var ansluten till ett annat rum med en dörr utan riktig lås.

Komfortabel, tolles Frühstück, aber sehr laut zur Straße

Wir hatten uns wegen der Frühstücksbewertungen für das Plaza entschieden. Und das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut! Die Auswahl exzellent, auch das Personal war sehr professionell, sowohl aus der Küche als auch die Kolleginnen an den Tischen. 10 von 10.

Cons:

Auch wenn das Zimmer sehr guten Komfort hatte — unser Zimmer 420 zum Ku‘Damm war ungeheuer laut vom Straßenlärm.

Auch 2 Uhr nachts wird dort gerast; Schlaf nur mit Ohrstöpsel möglich — und man hört die Geräuschkulisse noch durch die Ohrstöpsel durch. Selbstverständlich waren die Fenster geschlossen. Zudem schien sich die Klimaanlage in unserem Zusatzzimmer 421 immer wieder von selbst zu aktivieren. Sie war ebenfalls sehr laut.

Wenn Sie dort nächtigen, verlangen Sie ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite!

Berlin sehr gerne wieder aber wahrscheinlich in einem anderen hotel

Nachts sehr laut.
Kühlschränken hängt daneben
Tisch wackelt stark
Fahrstuhl kaputt und sehr alt.
Es gab aber noch einen in einer versteckten Ecke.
