Perfectly located hotel with very attentive and helpful staff
Pros:

The location is excellent for visiting Pamplona, fairly easy to access. The staff are wonderful, helpful and accommodating. The new outside lounging area and plunge pool are a nice addition. The valet service for parking your car is welcome as parking at the rear is narrow and tight.

Super moment
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé à quelques pas du centre ville . Le personnel est très agréable et serviable . Nous reviendrons dans cet établissement .

Great location but poor service
Pros:

Location was great, valet parking was great

Cons:

The porter that helped to empty our car didn’t take our luggage to our room! We arrived early and they simply left it in a trolley and instead of taking it to the room when it was allocated, we had to take it up ourselves!

The air conditioning cannot be controlled by the guest and frustratingly, there is no sign to state this. We rang down to reception, but no answer! By the time I had walked all the way down, my wife had managed to get someone to pick up and they were able to reset the temperature from reception! Very frustrating…

On a hot day, well worth it, location perfect, quiet and central, quirky in some aspects but we enjoyed it
Pros:

Location and small details- like the complimentary drink, towels for the pool etc. Breakfast was impressive.

Cons:

Elevator was confusing for descending to the lobby with luggage, gym was not air conditioned when we went in, and pool hours would have been nice if they started a bit earlier but overall great experience
