Great staff really helpful no problem with anything we needed
Parked the car for us
Good location in the old tow
Pet dog accepted and in the restaurant but ours is very well behaved

Cons:

The access via sat nav was accurate but slightly worrying in a largish car up into the old town percevere and take your time -- it's not really a don't like but it may be more fraught in higher season.
