I like the size of the room! And the view from the room and the restaurant. The size of the bed was also great.
I didn't like the towels, they were so beat up. A hotel from such a chain should not allow itself to have such a used towels. This hotel needs fluffy full cotton new towels. The breakfast is so so. They need to have some European cheeses like feta, brie, gruer etc. The don't make eggs Benedict. Some of the breads like muffins were hard, and the next day the muffins were ok but the chocolate rolls ..so I think is the serve the same breads every day even from last morning. Everything needs to be freshly baked!! This is Radisson! The worst part is the lady Zara from guest department, she is being pushing us the leave good reviews. Even reached to a point that she wants me to leave the review infront of her. She didn't have the feeling we are with a baby and I needed to check out as fast as possible since we are traveling by car. A gentleman called me at 9.00pm to tell me that the other room I booked was not paid. Obviously I am staying 4 nights and I will pay the second room the next day, so basically he waked up our baby. So basically the team are trying but are not good enough in feeling the nesesity of the customer.

Mooie stijlvolle kamers en mooi uitzicht. Ligt centraal. Vriendelijk personeel en restaurant / ontbijtzaal bovenop het gebouw is exht fantastisch. Prachtig uitzicht over de Bosporus en de stad.

Location, very spacy apartament, 3 elevators for this size of hotel made waiting time very short, beautiful view from rooftop restaurant. Fast and comfortable check in and check out process (thank you Eren!)
Housekeeping level - floor not really cleaned, tissues and other basic bathroom staff not refilled, when used up. 5 star hotel and no bathrobe :(
Breakfast with quite limited choice comparing with Turkish standard in resort hotels, monotonous offer.

Sehr sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Nur wenige Gehminuten zur Metro und Galata Tower 👍 Wir kommen wieder

La atención del personal fue excelente.
La piscina estaba en mantenimiento misterioso. Las vistas eran a un solar en demolición con cascotes y bastante mal conservado, daba bastante miedo. Las fotos que publican no sé corresponden ( piscina con palmeritas) parece mentira que esto sea un radisson
