Good central location to reach well known areas
Not very good value for money, breakfast option was extremely mediocre, room service options are atrocious in price and the pictures of online food menu puts you off ordering. It’s almost as if the hotel doesn’t want you to order room service so they priced the food extremely high (2,000 Lira for a plate of sad looking burger?). The staff at reception are not very friendly, except maybe 1 or 2 people. So many members of concierge walking around looking stone faced. Same thing with staff at breakfast, we’re not that friendly at breakfast. Coffee machine at breakfast gave lukewarm low quality drink and there were not many staff about to help if you have questions. The fact that you have to go get your own hot tea, drinks and water at a 5 star hotel breakfast is absolutely unacceptable. It’s not cheap Accomodation.

Our stay was excellent thanks to the staff, especially to Zara from front desk, she was really caring and responsive to our requests. Hotel’s location is also very good.

Top Lage, wer fit ist kann alles zu Fuß erkunden. Top Frühstück alles sehr sauber. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
