La posizione nel quartiere di Pera e’ strategica.
Colazione o cena sul rooftop sono da non perdere.
Lo staff non parla inglese, non sanno dare indicazioni su attività’ o ristoranti, e’ stata pessima la gestione dei pagamenti della colazione, abbiamo avuto problemi sia al check in che al check out ed infine siamo usciti (in 20 persone) senza ricevuta dei pagamenti fatti.

Blick aufs Goldene Horn wunderschön, Lage ideal: Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss und Metro erreichbar, auch der asiatische Teil gut erreichbar.
Nach einer 14-stündigen Fahrt wurde uns beim Check-in nicht einmal ein Glas Wasser angeboten. Während ersten 3 Nächten fiel Klimaanlage mindst. 5x aus, Wasser fiel für einen ganzen Nachmittag aus, Fenter sind undicht und da das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse liegt sehr laut. Zimmer sind extrem dreckig und abgewohnt. Nach Beschwerde „reparierten“ sie das Fenster (hat nichts gebracht) und so erhielten wir ein kostenloses Upgrade (danke an den jungen Herren an der Rezeption!), was die schlechten Erfahrungen leider nicht kompensieren konnte.

No running water and no reaction!!!
We chose this hotel because we wanted to spend a couple of days exploring Istanbul and relaxing at the spa. We booked a 5-star Radisson expecting at least a basic level of comfort and service. Instead, we arrived to a hotel with no running water.
After two flights and the journey from the airport, we couldn’t even wash our hands, let alone take a shower. I genuinely don’t understand how a supposed 5-star hotel can accommodate guests without running water — it is simply unhygienic.
The room was also dusty, and our special request had been completely ignored.
But the worst part was the staff’s attitude. They seemed completely indifferent. There was no meaningful reaction, no solution offered, no attempt to relocate us or otherwise resolve the situation. Nothing.
We were only in Istanbul for a short stay, and the whole experience felt like the hotel was counting on tourists not having the time or energy to fight about it. We came expecting a 5-star hotel and spa experience and instead received an unacceptable, unhygienic stay with zero customer care.
Absolutely not what you would expect from Radisson Blu — or frankly from any functioning hotel.

Bett Bezug war nicht sauber, als wir Bescheid gesagt haben dass es dreckig ist, kam ein Mann sehr genervt und hat das getauscht und ist gegangen ohne sich zu verabschieden oder sonst was.
