Pros:

Location, location and location. That is big advantage of this hotel because Istikal street is 5min by foot, Galata is on 5min walk too. Everything else is close and conected well with tram or metro. You don't need to take taxi anywhere. Clean, and big room. Great staff; from Mr. Eren to all other staff, everyone is helpfull and kind. Spa is small but we knew that before so it wasn't problem for us. You shoud book hammam which is great expirience specially with miss Deniz. Highly recomended!!

Een matige ervaring waar het naar kamer comfort toch wat gedateerd is.
Pros:

De kamers zijn ruim en de faciliteiten zoals zwembad/fitness zijn kwalitatief. Verzorgd ontbijt met voldoende keuze. De ligging is goed als uitvalsbasis voor de rest van de stad.

Cons:

De kamer had een stoffige indruk bij aankomst. Een twee persoonsbed was duidelijk aangegeven bij reservatie, maar het waren twee enkele bedden tegen elkaar geschoven, dus met een grote spleet ertussen wat oncomfortabel slapen is. Daarnaast zijn de matrassen zeer erg hard en slappe hoofdkussens. Het hotel is ook gelegen aan een erg drukke weg, ‘s nachts heb je hier toch wat geluidshinder van.
