Cons:

The ac don't operate due to it being winter the reason. The rooms were dirty, carpets were worn out and had dirty stains. Due to the room temperature bein warm, we had to open windows for fresh air and our room was on main road and the traffic noise kept us Wake all night.

From a five star hotel we were expecting a bit different experience, first of all, our room needed serious renovation, breakfast was really poor, room facilities were poor, not happy with restaurant food at all

Pros:

Très bonne localisation, les chambres sont confortables bien que pas très grandes. Jolie vue au restaurant, spa agréable.
Personnel aimable

Cons:

Eau de la piscine du spa très froide.
Température dans la chambre : étouffante malgré le réglage de la ventilation au max!
Les lits bébés sont tout petits, beaucoup trop justes pour des petits de 2ans et demi.
Aucun menu enfant au resto.

Pros:

Vi blev taget godt imod og mødt af det sødeste rengøringspersonale. Beliggenheden på hotellet er rigtig fin i forhold at se Istanbul og især hvis man gerne vil se det andet end kun den gamle historiske bydel. Fantastisk område med masser af liv.

Cons:

Værelserne var slidte men rene. Vi var heldige at bo højt oppe og med værelser der ikke vendte ud mod gaden, hvor der er meget trafik hele døgnet. Vi havde værelser ud mod gården men kunne alligevel lugte biludstødning.
