Buon hotel in posizione strategica. Sconsigliabile la mezza pensione.
Pros:

Hotel in posizione strategica vicino a torre Galara e all fermata degli autobus e metro. Camera confortevole di dimensione adeguate (superior). Buona colazione in un ristorante panoramico. Servizi completi con palestra e SPA. Struttura data anche se ben pulita.

Cons:

Mezza pensione improponibile basata su un menù identico per tutte le sere del soggiorno (!!!) con scelta tra: 2 antipasti (zuppa di lenticchie o insalata) 2 main course (petto di pollo o polpette) e 2 dolci (frutta o pudding) - vedi foto - Assurdo in un 5* , anche considerandone il costo. Ristorante alla carte molto caro! Ci sono molti migliori ristoranti vicino all’albergo.

Are o poziție ok față de punctele turistice

Cons:

Curățenia ! Nu este un hotel curat. Covorul din cameră era f muștar , baia nu era curată și aici mă refer la obiectele sanitare, oglinzi, geamurile de la cameră aveau urme pe ele. La fel și sticla de la baie …și un miros foarte urat în hotel și camere. La restaurant am comandat și a venit mâncarea intr o oră …iar acesta nu era wow deși era destul de scumpă.

Отдохнули очень хорошо!!!! Персоналу - максимальная оценка.
Pros:

Персонал, имен не запомнил, хочется отметить администратора, да и всех работников отеля. Было очень приятно с ними общаться. Все вопросы решались очень оперативно, и максимально дружелюбно.

Cons:

завтраки - так себе и грязные окна в номерах

Het gaf ons onderdak maar meer ook niet
Pros:

Het was een plek in de buurt van de Galata toren met een mooi uitzicht vanuit de rooftop bar, maar daar is dan alles mee gezegd.

Cons:

We hebben een kamer voor drie personen geboekt en we krijgen een tweepersoonsbed met een krakkemikkige stretcher ernaast. De afbeeldingen lieten andere kamers zien, het hotel vond geen passende oplossing.
