24h to enjoy the historical city
Pros:

The bedroom was big and bed very comfortable. Special thanks to the Staff: Aykut; Yigit; Mustafa. Those gentlemen made sure we had all we needed

Beautiful and quality hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for visiting the Galata tower and Karakoy areas. It is modern, very clean and the staff were professional and friendly. The room size and facilities were all amazing! Very comfortable and large bed. The cost was very good for what was offered.

Cons:

Not much to criticize, there is some noise because the hotel is on a main avenue.

We will definitely be returning to the Radisson Blu Pera the next time we come to Istanbul!
Pros:

We originally booked the Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Pera as part of our Istanbul Stopover, but we loved the hotel so much that we decided to extend our stay. It was the perfect base for our time in this incredible city.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were genuinely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. They handled all our questions with ease, provided excellent local dinner recommendations, and seamlessly arranged our transportation.
Our room was surprisingly spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were amazing, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning. It was packed with fresh, delicious options that ensured we started every day on the right foot.
The hotel’s location in Pera is ideal. We were steps away from fantastic restaurants and vibrant local nightlife, yet it was still easy to hop on public transit to reach the historic sites across the city.
We will definitely be returning to the Radisson Blu Pera the next time we find ourselves in Istanbul. Highly recommended!

A very average experience in Istanbul
Pros:

The location is excellent, right next to the Galata Tower.
The dining area has an amazing view, and the breakfast was of very good quality.

Cons:

The staff had very limited English proficiency, and every room service request took an unreasonably long time to arrive.
The lobby was quite modest and did not feel properly clean or representative of a 5-star hotel standard, lacking the sense of quality and welcome one would expect.
The hotel advertised a swimming pool as one of its facilities, but after check-in we were informed that the pool was closed. This is important information that should have been clearly communicated before booking.
We had specifically booked and paid extra for a partial sea view room. However, the room was facing the back roof of a noisy school. The sea was barely visible — only a very small portion could be seen if you leaned far to the left side of the window. This was misleading and did not match what we paid for.

Μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι το προσωπικό ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικότατο όπως και ότι ήταν σε μια καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Τέλος θα ήθελα να τονίσω ότι ήταν πολύ καθαρό.

Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου το γεγονός ότι πλήρωσα ένα ξενοδοχείο το οποίο υποτίθεται θα μου παρείχε μια εσωτερική πισίνα, χαμαμ, μασάζ και άλλα πράγματα τα οποία συμπεριλαμβανόταν στην τιμή και τα πλήρωσα και μόλις έφτασα μας είπαν ότι δεν είναι διαθέσιμα. Τρομερά εκνευριστικό για ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων….

The rooms were not clean (we had 2 rooms) and I am still waiting (almost 8 days now) an update in regards to an extra charge from the mini bar.Is not the 6€ but when when you charge by mistakes your clients you should at least follow up with them if you can’t give the solution on time!
