Almost perfect with a couple of minor details.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Staff were very nice and helpful.grocery items were a nice e touch.

Cons:

There was an offensive odour which seemed to be coming from the bathroom drains which permeated the entire apartment. Mentioned this to staff in the morning and it was taken care of quickly. The window blinds are a couple of inches too short which let a lot of light in both the bedroom and main living area which wasn’t great for a good nights sleep.

The hotel took advantage of my non-refundable booking. They refused a simple date change even though MY room category wa

Location is amazing

Cons:

I booked a non-refundable room for 5 nights, and I did not ask for a refund. I only wanted to change the dates, and the same room type was available on the new dates.

But the hotel refused to change my dates unless I either:
1. Cancelled and lost all my money, or
2. Accepted a downgrade to a lower room while still paying the same price for the higher category I originally booked.

I was basically forced to downgrade, even though the room I paid for was still available. It felt like the hotel used the “non-refundable” rule to benefit themselves — they kept my money, gave me a cheaper room, and could re-sell my original room at a higher rate.

In short:
I paid for a higher room, the same room was available, but the hotel refused to change my dates unless I accepted a downgrade. This is unfair and not professional.

Pros:

Instalaciones, ubicación, atención, los detalles: toda la línea L’Occitane para el cuidado personal, sin racionamiento y en botellas de vidrio del hotel para agua de tomar ya sea con gas o normal, luego el diseño incluye accesorios de lujo por ejemplo el WC es Smart de Duravit, la ducha tiene una presión de agua espectacular, todo es sobrio y elegante.
