Vivere Hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vivere Hotel in Alabang, and I genuinely cannot recommend it highly enough.

From the moment you walk into the hotel, you're greeted by a beautifully decorated lobby that immediately gives you a sense of how much care and attention has gone into the entire property. The hotel itself is gorgeous, but what really makes it special is the people.

The staff were absolutely incredible. From the concierges downstairs to the restaurant staff, the team at The Nest, and the staff in the gym, everyone was consistently friendly, thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I was also particularly impressed by how well-presented everyone was. Many of the male staff had incredibly fresh, neat fades, while the women looked equally polished and professional, with their hair beautifully tied back. It's a small detail, but it really reflects the pride everyone takes in their appearance and their work. The warmth and friendliness of the staff made the entire experience even more memorable.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything you could reasonably need was provided, including a bathtub, separate shower, and everyday conveniences such as teaspoons and other basic amenities. Bottled water was replenished daily, along with toiletries such as toothbrushes, soap, and other essentials. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of keeping everything stocked and comfortable throughout my stay.

The facilities were excellent. The swimming pool on Level 4 is absolutely beautiful and a lovely place to relax. I was also pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the gym was. There are at least four treadmills, free weights and dumbbells, barbells, a Smith machine, and several other exercise machines. There's more than enough equipment for a decent workout, whether you're interested in cardio or strength training. The gym is also conveniently open from 6 am until 10 pm.

The accomodating staffs and the breakfast buffet is superb. Everything is 100/100. I will definitely stay again.

They have a nice staff in breakfast. Nice food and very kind staffs.

The place feels like a cheap hostel. You can hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door, windows don’t even open, so no fresh air. The room looks NOTHING like the pictures!! It’s old and poorly maintained, with a broken bed, a RUSTY bathtub, and a peeling smelly toilet. It’s not clean or hygienic at all. They even CHARGE EXTRA for room service! seriously??? Don’t even get me started on the elevator. Probably the slowest elevator in the world.

Had a truly wonderful stay at Vivere Hotel! The entire experience was fantastic, but I especially want to commend Christine at the front desk. She was so accommodating, kind, and went above and beyond to make my requests possible. Outstanding customer service!

I also had dinner at The Nest rooftop restaurant, and it is easily one of the most romantic and breathtaking places to dine. The ambiance makes the whole experience unforgettable.

I book 2 bedroom suite it is big and comfortable. Nice view from the window. The staff are accommodating.

We recently spent a weekend at Vivere Hotel with our 6-month-old son, and it turned out to be one of our favorite family staycations.

We stayed in the One-Bedroom Penthouse, which was spacious and very comfortable. The separate living area, large bedroom, and baby crib prepared before our arrival made traveling with an infant much easier.

One of the highlights of our stay was dining at The Nest. The rooftop setting offers beautiful panoramic views of Alabang and even Laguna de Bay, especially during sunset and at night when the city lights come alive. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner there, and each meal had a different atmosphere. The breakfast buffet focused more on quality than quantity, with favorites like the congee and crispy danggit. Lunch was hearty and satisfying, while dinner felt extra special because of the view and ambiance. While dinner was very soothing and romantic.

The staff were consistently warm and attentive throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ela, Kristine, Adelaide, Dean, Lester, and Anika for making us feel so welcome.

The location is another big plus. Festival Supermall is just across the street, making it easy to grab coffee, shop, or simply stroll around without needing to drive. ATC is about a 5 minute drive.

Overall, Vivere gave our family the chance to slow down and enjoy each other's company. It's the kind of place we'd happily return to, especially for a relaxing weekend in the South.

Super clean, friendly staff, good breakfast with a great view and great servers! Great bay view! We enjoyed our suite. Mall nearby.
