Having the 2 bedroom
Room was filthy had to wear shoes the entire time as the carpet was damp and grungy. To use the toilet you have to almost climb in the shower to shut the door. The couch is only a 2 person sitting spot and was completely filthy, the mattress for it was nothing but springs and cloth. The comforter felt like the egg shell mattress topper. Breakfast was the typical, minus they need new waffle makers as everything stuck to it and fell apart. Any interaction with front desk seemed to be a bother. And a snooty housekeeper asking us if we were leaving and demanded our room number upon us departing.
Instalaciones y muebles viejos
We stayed here at the end of the holiday weekend on our roadtrip west. The location on I-94 just west of downtown Fargo and near all the retail and restaurants was good. The price on points was an excellent value for this older hotel. The gent at the front desk didn't look like he'd be good at customer service but he did a nice job not only acknowledging my platinum status but getting us an upgraded room.
The two room suite was very large and in good shape in general but the bathroom needs an upgrade. The tub was very dingy and the sink faucet felt like it was falling apart. The AC worked well on this hot day. The room was quiet.
The breakfast was below par for a RI property. It was lacking many of the basics.
Overall a mixed experience -more like a 3.5 but the value pushed the rating higher.
We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a couch bed, and stayed two nights. Everything was clean and in working order. Good breakfast, good coffee. Convenient to the Fargo visitors center.
We had an amazing experience!!
First, checking in Friday (6/5), the young woman who helped us was SO nice. She had to be in her 20s, she was black with long braids, and she set the tone for our stay!!
Then, the older woman who does breakfast in the morning, she had brown hair, she was so sweet and went above and beyond!!
Lastly, Joshua who checked us out. He was so kind and answered any questions we had as well as giving us some water that we asked for.
Yall have a really great team!
Thank you!
Liked the 2 seperate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Suite was spacious and clean.
Spacious and clean
My family, and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it to others.
Beautiful property, close proximity to many bars and restaurants
The bacon at breakfast was a little undercooked, but that wouldn’t sway us to never stay there again. We enjoyed our room and staff was wonderful
This place was dirty and very outdated. There was so much hair on the floors of the bathrooms. Furniture was all stained. Walls dirty.
Quiet room. Decent price. Great breakfast and the location to the curling club was excellent.
Not a lot. All around great stay
This hotel was so clean. The front office staff was so friendly. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The personnel seem to great pride in cleanliness and customer service. The rooms were so comfortable. The atmosphere was so peaceful. We got a great value on 2 rooms. It is located near some great places to shop and eat.
Breakfast was good. Swimming pool and exercise room a plus. Room was awesome! Loved it all
Icy parking lot on north side
We had an amazing experience and they treated us so well. We are a college men’s basketball team and they provided us with a free case of water for after our game! We appreciate you so much.
Ok part of town. Cosmetically, it looks good. It's clean. Breakfast has some hot items as well as fruit, cereal, yogurts, juices, coffee. The toaster doesn't work (so I used the waffle iron on the english muffins). Room was nice, kitchenette, gas fireplace. Two reasons this place didn't get a higher review: 1) could not get comfortable with mattress springs sticking into my shoulder blades (they need new better mattresses). The tub doesn't keep the water, so your soaking time is limited. 2) computer system is slow both for checking in and checking out. Was frustrating because we had doctor's appointments to keep (whole reason for this trip). So all in all, not a bad place to stay but given how room prices have gone up, I just don't feel the value was to my expectations.
Good oatmeal, clean and cool room, hot coffee and in a good location for outside walking.
The work out facility was a bit outdated. But, functional.
So dirty and old- will NOT stay again.
Room/lobby furniture were smelly, worn and dirty.
