Excelente hotel, cuarto súper grande, desayuno bastante completo, buffet, ni siquiera se sentía que fuera express, lo único medio incómodo es es estacionamiento, pero todo excelente

En general, tuvimos una estancia muy buena.
La habitación es muy amplia, para 2 personas es más que perfecta. Muy limpio todo, lo cual es muy bueno. Tiene varios espacios para guardar la ropa, y cuenta con plancha y mesa de planchar. Me gustó el detalle del jabón líquido para manos y para cuerpo y la crema, que sea Dove, le da un plus. También el aroma que ponen en la habitación, es muy agradable entrar y percibirlo.
Sólo en la parte de la regadera del baño, sería bueno que pusieran una puerta que evitará que se salga el agua, ya que al utilizarla, sí se llegó a salir, incluso del baño y eso fue un problema.
El desayuno rico, quizá podría incluir otras 2 opciones más de guisado, pero en general, bien.
La alberca no está en el mismo edificio, hay que ingresar al Holiday Inn que está a un lado, por el jardín, pues comparten la alberca y las tinas de hidromasaje.
Sugerencia: Por favor, sean un poco más estrictos cuando dejan ingresar niños a éstas áreas, ya que había niños sin supervisión de los padres, niños dentro de la tina de hidromasaje y consumiendo alimentos.
La ubicación es excelente, no es difícil pedir un taxi, por ejemplo.

Everything was fine. Only complaint is the inconvenient car access to the property. Very difficult to get at the driveway from following map guidance. Holiday Inn should provide a detailed road map indicating the limited approaches via car so as not to use the off-ramp which places you 20 feet beyond the driveway. If your using a taxi or Uber then probably not a problem.

Es un buen hotel en general. El personal es muy amable. La primera noche el AC de la habitación no funcionaba bien y nos movieron a otra y ya no hubo problema. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, súper cerca del cuadro histórico y también de Juriquilla (a 10 mins en coche). Ofrecen un bufett muy completo y sorprendentemente rico. Otra ventaja es que puedes usar las instalaciones de alberca y jardín del Holiday Inn que está al lado. Por lo único que lo califico con 4 estrellas es porque creo que podrían mejorar un poco las camas, tal vez agregando un cubrecolchón que las haga más suaves.
