I don’t recommend this place is not clean very disgusting and smelly room the towel is dirty the bathroom also no hot shower and lots of molding.

Most of the staff are very courteous and are accommodating even with limited resources. But I can never forget my first night in a very dingy room with a shower that only had 3 streams and pressure was not even that strong, clogged sink and little cockroaches are everywhere. I was just so tired to even care that night. They transferred me to a better room the following day but still below average standards (but more tolerable) and still with occasional cockroaches. I had no choice but stay since they do not want to refund my whole payment. I transferred to another hotel when I had 3 nights left because I do not want to bring tiny crawlers with me on my way home.

This place is amazing and pet friendly too.. i brought my pet here with no problem. Clean and the staff are all friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

The building was flawed! Not ideal for someone who will study or read/ beating some deadlines :(
Its true that there are a lot of food establishments nearby but same extent with clubs and GROs all over :(.
The unit was filthy! The smell was horrible plus I killed a total of 15 cockroaches specially in the cabinets and downspout bathroom area. The remote control of tv was not working, no definite/ reliable channel, swivel chair broken; too bad for someone who needs to write or review. The airconditioning unit was noisy and not properly maintained at all.
Better bring your own cologne or room spray cause you don’t want to end up smelling like tapa every morning because their kitchen exhaust runs through the units and hallway :(
I booked this hotel because I had a very wonderful/ superb stay in containers eco Tagaytay. This eco hotel in Makati is just a waste of money! Dont be fooled by the price list they offer. I ended up checking out early to escape this HORRENDOUS experience!

Simple, clean, good beds, and excellent coffee! Friendly cleaning staff. Front-desk staff needs training.

At least It was the best hotel among all the 2 & 3 star in that vicinity in my opinion there rest are small & shabby.

Perfect for a one night stay. Small but sufficed. Close to the street but I slept well. Fast internet.

Great location, close to the Greenbelt, Makati Medical Center, and a short drive to the Mall of Asia. Only issue with the location is most Taxi/Grab drivers didn't know where it was, you had to tell them the name of the street (then you'll see the big huge sign), and it's sort of off the main road in it's own little side road. This wasn't a huge hassle just something to keep in mind.

The rooms are small (but inexpensive), and for some reason the shower wall doesn't come all the way to the wall, so water from the shower gets all over the bathroom floor which I thought was weird. Also the AC absolutely blasts the small room, and you are provided with only a sheet, no blanket. We had to ask for another blanket and they seemed sort of reluctant to provide us with more bedding.

Despite these two issues, the rooms were very clean, well maintained and suited our weekend in Manila just fine, especially for the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

It is little outside the center of Makati, but it is anyway at only 7 mins walking distance from Greenbelt. I personnaly like very much the place.

The place is comfy and budget wise. Location wise is gold also

Very friendly staff. I had to change my booking on a short notice. Even with this request the management accomodated my needs.

Overall was just fine even their towels dont smell good. Still the smell of others Guest body sticks on it and it was scary & terrible on our 4th night coz they open our door at pass 1am so we called their reception and said that its their system to check rooms but there is local telephone in the room and they didn't even bother to call us instead of opening our door without any notice! Lucky we double locked so they didn't make it! Our point is we're both ladies checked-in so what if its not their crew and maybe it was bad person aside that our sleeping was bothered?? So what about our safety assurance?? Its our 1st tym to encounter like that of all hotels we checked-in!! Mainly, we dont see any Security personnel in their premises even in the entrance which is suppose to be a must for Guests safety.
