DAHLIALAND SAIGON HOTEL & SWIMMING POOL

Hotel legal, mas apesar de ser no distrito 1, fica a cerca de 1,5 km das principais atrações. A turma do restaurante é excelente, o café da manhã é fenomenal.A turma da recepção é boa tambem. Tive problemas com a TV e eles resolveram rapidamente, trocando o aparelho. O pessoal da limpeza é fantástico. Não gostei do quarto dado inicialmente, voltei na recepção e me trocaram na hora. Mercados e lavanderias próximos. Enfim, voltaria sim.

주말이라 풀 예약상태에서도 응대를 잘해주셔서 너무
고마웠습니다 😆 층고가 낮아서 뷰는 아쉽웠지만
제 잘못이니 그런건 바라지도 않았어요
룸 상태는 정말 쾌적했고 청소상태도 너무 깨끗했어요
첫인상이 너무 좋았어요 👍
아침 조식도 너무 훌륭했고 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다
위치도 부이비엔과 가깝고 근처에 맛집들이 많았어요
호치민 자주가는데 앞으로 이호텔 자주 이용해야겠어요

Lugar céntrico y cómodo

DAHLIALAND SAIGON HOTEL & SWIMMING POOL is a budget-friendly option in Ho Chi Minh City, but you truly get what you pay for. The walls are very thin, so noise from the hallways carries easily into the rooms. The photos of the pool are overstated, and the “gym” is just two machines placed next to the pool. Beds are quite hard, and the shower is combined with the toilet, which may not be comfortable for everyone. At checkout, we were charged 70,000 VND for makeup on a towel, with staff explaining it could not be cleaned.

Very Nice people, Very good service, and a clean hotel with a tasty breakfast. However, it’s an old building — the walls don’t block outside noise, and the bathroom has an outdated design. The top-floor room is large, but it doesn’t have enough curtains to cover all the windows, making it hot and too bright to sleep comfortably.

I stayed at this hotel under two different reservations.
First stay:
They gave me a large room with an extra king bed (made by connecting two full mattresses). The room was very old-fashioned in style, but spacious, with a double-door balcony. However, it was uncomfortably hot because there was no glass door to keep the air conditioning inside. The toilet and shower were combined, separated only by a single plastic shower curtain. The bathroom window was not secure — it could be opened all the way — and it made the room both noisy and hot. Overall, I would rate this room 2–3 stars, not the 4 stars the hotel claims.
Second stay:
This time, I had a smaller room, but it was much nicer. Even though the bathtub was small and wooden, at least there was a glass partition to keep the shower water from wetting the toilet area. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable room for the price.

I like the way they are service; friendly and kindness. The room very clean. The bed very comfortable. Besides that the foods delicious. They had too many choice of the great foods. Special is : Huyen- Thomas and Jennie very helpful when I asked them question and they are wonderful service. I will be back here again on my vacation. It’s really nice place to stay

Stayed here for several days. Overall, a good stay for the price.
The property and facilities are a bit aged, but well maintained — that’s a plus.
I believe this place used to be a hotel under a classic Vietnamese local brand some time ago, and you can still feel that character here.
The mattress is firm — typical of local standards. I personally liked it, but don’t expect the fluffy-soft kind you might find at global hotel chains. Just a heads-up.
There were a few minor issues, but nothing that ruined the experience.
If you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel in District 1 with a relatively quiet location, this could be one of your options.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool/room were clean and well maintained.
