A nice total with helpful staff but disappointing lack of advertised features.

Location and clean

Cons:

We decided to stay here partly on the promise of air conditioning. There was A/C in the room, but they said they could not turn it on. Very hot in the room and uncomfortable to sleep.
Also entrance shared a narrow sidewalk with a busy bus stop. Always had to push through bus passengers to enter the hotel.

Pros:

Personale cordiale, Posizione perfetta per quello che dovevo fare ( partecipare ad un memorial a 50 metri da hotel).

Great hotel to be centrally located
Pros:

The location was central to the places we wanted to visit including the colosseum, Vatican, Trevi fountain, etc. We could easily walk everywhere although chose to taxi to the Vatican.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent.

Cons:

It couldn’t be helped given the location and time of year, but it was loud with the windows open but hot with them closed. I would just want people to prepare. After the first night we used ear plugs and kept the windows open and we were much more comfortable. AC isn’t allowed to be turned on in hotels until May.

The rooms are on the small side so be prepared for that as well. Nothing terrible at all.

Meget centralt beliggende. Offentlig transport lige udenfor døren.

Ubicación inmejorable !!!
Pros:

La propiedad es una estancia de un estilo clásico, elegante, acogedor pero por sobre todas las cosas, lo que más me gustó de la propiedad fue su ubicación (inmejorable) a un paso del Pantheon, la Fontana di Trevi y la Piazza Navona, en la puerta están las paradas de colectivos y en la esquina las paradas de taxis, así como también el metro. Ello, si necesitas recorrer distancias un poco más largas o bien no te gusta caminar, porque lo que es yo, recorrí casi toda la ciudad caminando, la estación Termini está a solo 5 minutos en auto y desde allí salen los tres hacia Florencia, Milán, Nápoles …
Reitero, el hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal es tan atento y hablan todos los idiomas por lo que pueden estar tranquilos y no dudar en solicitar asesoramiento 😃
