The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location near to the U Bahn. Nice comfortable beds. Very clean.

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. That would have made the stay even better.

La posizione è ottima, la stanza è piccola ma giusta per una persona, il personale è reattivo. Gli asciugamani sono grandi e sufficienti.

Cons:

Quando sono entrata la stanza non era pulitissima, c'era polvere e capelli un po' in tutti gli angoli. La stanza era molto calda, ho dovuto tenere la finestra aperta e chiuderla solo per andare a dormire. La camera non è per niente insonorizzata, sentirete tutto quello che succede nel corridoio e nelle altre stanze. Non essendoci la reception 24h gli ospiti posso fare casino a tutte le ore della notte. In particolare nella notte di sabato sono stata svegliata più di una volta, anche alle 3 o 4 del mattino. Per chi vuole riposare questa non è la struttura adatta. In più avevo chiesto di fare il check out più tardi (alle 11am), e il gestore mi aveva dato l'okay, ma l'impresa di pulizie voleva entrare comunque alle 10am, bussandomi più volte alla porta e cercando di aprirla.

Klein aber mit ausbaupotenzial auch fein
Pros:

Der Herr morgens vom Personal war super. Sehr nett und freundlich hat mit einem auch einen kurzen Plausch gehalten.
Kissen wurden getauscht nach dem man es einmal angesprochen hat.
Das Frühstück war klein aber fein und lecker.
Man konnte die Fahrräder unterstellen das war super.

Cons:

Der Herr Nachmittags vom Personal war creepy und unangenehm von der Art. Hätte ich den beim einchecken gesehen und wäre alleine gewesen wäre ich direkt wieder gegangen.

Es war auch leider zu dreckig im Hotelzimmer.
Mein Kissen war dreckig und Spinnweben mit tausend toten Fliegen am Fenster. 1cm dick Staub überall auf den Lampen und Fugen, Steckdosen.

Real life is not like the photos
Pros:

Walkable from the train station about 20 mins. No noise. Hot water. Wifi.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the experience did not match the photos. The room was very basic, up a lot of dirty uneven stairs, with no lift and no offer of help with luggage. The 'bathroom' was the size of a wardrobe with no shower door so water spilled everywhere. And, the towels were poor quality. The reception was not manned over night, there was no-one there to help should there be a problem.
