Exceptional quality and service
Pros:

The hotel, room and facilities were superb. The breakfast menu was extensive and of high quality. The service from all members of staff was also excellent. The one thing that stood out was how quiet it was even with the bedroom window open. Never experienced this before in London

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel bien situé, proche de la station de métro Moorgate. Le personnel est parfait, service impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, buffet avec un large choix de plats sucrés et salés. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant le checkin et après le checkout. Prêt de parapluies.

Fenêtres de la chambre mal insonorisées.

La camera era molto piccola ma lo staff ha mostrato subito interesse nel trovarci una stanza più comoda. Davvero molto gentili abbiamo apprezzato molto.

A great location, just let down by the room being a little tired and in need of a refurb.

The staff were great and were amazingly helpful.

Cons:

The room decoration was tired and in need of refurbishment. Various electrical items (towel rail) didn't work and various lights were also not working. The rain shower needed servicing.

Exceptional stay in central London
Pros:

Excellent location for our venues in London.
Super easy to get to from Kings Cross station.
Friendly staff at check in and during stay (concierge etc)

Room was clean and comfortable
Breakfast was excellent 👍🏻

Cons:

Allow yourself extra time for breakfast over the weekend as it gets very busy - slow service, which can be expected. Allow time for travel etc.

Check-out is 11am and your door keys will not work after - we were delayed from breakfast and locked out of our room at 11.01am. Reception staff were really helpful though.
