Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage sehr gut. Wir werden unseren Freunden das Hotel empfehlen.

Cons:

Kleine Reparaturen im Bad wären nötig. Ist aber Motzen auf hohem Niveau.

Voor een stedentrip Londen een prima uitvalsbasis.
Pros:

Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. En ook een plus is het uitgebreide ontbijt (buffet)

Cons:

Ik had in eerste instantie een kamer die grensde aan zeer luidruchtige ventilatoren. Kamer geruild ook ook zo gemakkelijk een fijne kamer gekregen.

Pros:

Good location and staff were helpful and friendly even if they were arguing amongst themselves at breakfast. Good value for the money in reality...£270 for 2 nights with breakfast.

Cons:

Stayed in one of the superior double rooms in the townhouse and it needs some work to say the least. Toe nail clippings on the floor on arrival, toilet had a sewage smell, tv remote didn't work properly, air con had a fault which was due to the external condenser so that didn't work, shaving mirror missing with just the wall bracket left, shower very weak, furniture worn and tatty. If this is a superior room I'd hate to see a standard room. Breakfast was luke warm from the self service so it wasn't great. If you're just looking for a cheap bed in a good location and not spending much time in the room as we were then it's OK.

Not a five star hotel
Pros:

Breakfast options were good. Bottom level of building was very nice and actually could be 5-star. Staff were mostly lovely. Welcome macarons and water bottles are a nice touch. On exit, we were asked how the room was. As a result of our remarks we were informed that the manager would send us an email - we received a generic email thanking us for our stay.

Cons:

We were checked into a (technically) different hotel, as opposed to the townhouse - the next day we were offered the correct room, but not the first night when it was raised.
Fittings in bedroom were mostly falling apart.
One window had a broken safety latch and could be fully opened. One bathroom mirror light didn't work. The bath spout was broken and hanging off. The bath plug doesn't appear to function correctly (doesn't pop up, only down). The bathroom accessory mirror was crooked and wobbly. The rain showerhead wasnt flush to the roof. The light fittings in the roof weren't straight/parallel. The airconditioning did not work (consistent with several other reviews). The (I assume) service buttons for the room were depressed and broken. Our key cards stopped working on the second day and we had to get new ones. There was an odd stain on the wall of the bedroom. One of the two elevators' buttons didn't work for our level, so we had to send it to other levels to access the other one. There was a portable aircon unit in the foyer sitting on a drawer (separated from its shelf) with a bucket and a wet floor sign...

A lot of the above I realised was noted in other reviews, weeks to months old, suggesting feedback isn't actioned.

Nettes Detail: Teppich mit Begrüßung am Eingang wird 3x am Tag ausgetauscht :)

Cons:

Kissen etwas zu hart und klein (quadratisch & etwas weicher wäre super)
Service klasse, aber dadurch dass man sich selber kein Kaffee holen kann/darf, braucht das Personal manchmal echt lang & wir mussten sie 3x daran erkennen, obwohl er sich die Bestellung sogar aufgeschrieben hat. Aber das sind Beschwerden auf extrem hohem Niveau, sonst klasse Job!

Absolut , Mega freundliches Personal!!! Betten sehr angenehm! Lage gut - Pub ist gleich daneben! Frühstück echt lecker! Alles da!!!

Für Allergiker schwierig - alles stark duftend. Wc Bürste fehlte! Die Zimmer sind sehr kalt!
