Pros:

All the staff were amazing! I had a five day flight layover and they treated me like family!

A little of disappointment in a very good hotel
Pros:

It was a very short overnight stay to catch a flight early next morning. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a problem in my room where the place to insert the card was falling which would make the electricity go off. I complained in reception and they called a maintenance person that ended up never showing up. Very careless. I ended up fixing it myself.

Besides the shuttle issue, the stay was good and comfortable.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and room service was efficient.

Cons:

I called reception to please bring up someone who will help me with my bags as the shuttle comes every 30mins and this was well in advance (called at 10:00 for 10:30) but they didn’t show up in time. so i wasn’t able to use their shuttle system and had to use uber. the shuttle was a big reason why i stayed at Premier.

Cons:

I called the reception asking for a champagne glass and I kept being transferred from reception to bar and back to reception, I was made to feel like an inconvenience.

Lovely staying!
Pros:

We loved our large room with large bathroom. Staff was super kind and friendly, and breakfast was amazing: plenty of choice and all very tasty.

Cons:

The view from the room was not exceptional but we didn't care much.
