The property is beautiful and steps from the Metro.
The air conditioning was broken and we were not notified of this at check-in. We were profusely sweating in our room. I went down to let the front desk know that our room was 31 C and they provided me with a fan and said that all the rooms air is out. We booked another hotel and left within hours of checkin.
Hotel je super pozicioniran,u blizini je metro stanica na par koraka od hotela,naravno lokacija triumfalne kapije.
Doručak je veoma slab u odnosu na ostalo dobro,za cenu doručka ko bi platio doručak bolji je izbor pojesti van hotela ,a ima hiljadu mesta za to,čak i blizina čuvenih fast food ova,mek,burger king itd

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see. The beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was a huge plus since we visited during the peak of summer.
They also provided a baby pack-and-play for our 1-year-old, which made traveling with our family much easier. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, and it was a solid option with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, toast, pastries, and other basic breakfast items. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily consider staying here again.

Très mauvaise expérience. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
Le personnel est très désagréable et j’ai ressenti un comportement discriminatoire envers certains clients. Le service est médiocre et le respect des clients laisse vraiment à désirer.
Les chambres sont extrêmement chaudes, la climatisation fonctionne très mal et il est presque impossible d’y dormir confortablement. En plus, les chambres sentent fortement l’humidité, elles sont sales et le niveau de propreté est inacceptable.
