Clean room, yes. Staff was very friendly.
We did have to move rooms late one night when we arrived back to the hotel at 11:30pm with our kids and found out the room key didn't work. We weren't notified ahead of time or given different options. We arrived back at the hotel, had to pack up all our stuff and move to a different room.
It was very inconvenient. We would appreciate some sort of credit or reimbursment for the disruption. I understand things happen, but finding out the way we did so late at night when we arrived back to the hotel and were ready to go to bed was really frustrating.
Ideal location in Midtown. This may be everywhere in New York but the marijuana smell throughout the building was unpleasant.
This location in midtown between 5th and 6th avenues was the perfect location with Roma Pizza right around 5he corner and the Empire State Bldg a couple of blocks away
Great location and room with a view. Breakfast was basic but good.
Decent hotel in very convenient location. Could use some updating. Overall, comfortable and clean.
Great place I would like to come back with my family
Room was spotless, the included breakfast was great
Excellent
.
Good central location room size ok nice view of Empire State building. Breakfast limited and very busy hard to get a table. Staff very helpful- overall not bad option for midtown.
Everything was good, but the shower mold.
Staff was great and helpful
General small, but it is great location and convenient.
Amenities and room size were lacking a bit but were what was expected of New York and
This hotel was a good location in NYC. Close to subway, food, and shopping but it was not the nicest hotel. We booked it for the free breakfast but the breakfast was just ok. I think we would’ve been better off staying somewhere else and grabbing breakfast on the street every morning. My kids wouldn’t even eat the hotel breakfast after day 1. I won’t stay there again but it wasn’t terrible.
Location was great, walkable and close to landmarks. A lot of dining options for adult and kids around the area.. We had a great stay, our room was daily clean w/ fresh towels.. I wish breakfast had more options but cant complain, kids loved it & were happy about that.
This hotel was average. As we were in NYC for 3 days
we didn’t opt for a luxury hotel. We selected a double Queen room and the picture was deceiving. When we walked in room was extremely tight. Very little walking room. 1 Small closet. 2 drawers. Had to live out of our suitcases. Small bathroom. Beds were comfy though. Daily breakfast was doable. Slightly above continental. Close proximity to Times Square ( 9min walk) . Empire State Building (5 min walk). Bryant Park (2min) . Heralds square / Macys (5-7min) .
Staff were very friendly. Free internet. Only disappointment is room size. All in all we didn’t plan to be in the room much . So if you want to somewhere safe, clean and know you won’t be in the room much it’s doable!!! Didn’t really take pics inside hotel. Nothing appeasing .
Slightly underwhelmed by the experience, broken safe in room and AC system not properly working, had to change the room which was a bit of inconvenience as we had just arrived after long traveling, room carpets probably need a bit of TLC, breakfast was also a struggle as there is minimal seating arrangement and lots of people doing breakfast so usually no place to sit and eat, also timings were like breakfast finishing at 9 am which meant that even we were on a holiday but felt like a working day so must get up early otherwise will miss the breakfast and that was a big inconvenience. In addition had to ask reception for toiletries as were not replaced regularly by cleaning staff.
Staff at the hotel are awesome! The front desk staff and bellhop were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely seek out this stay on our next visit to NYC.
Our stay in this hotel, was amazing.
The staff was of great help since day one.
We had problem with the shower door, and it was fixed at the moment, we went to front desk. Breakfast was an extra.
Close to many attractions and places to eat. Recommend this hotel and would book again.
