Hotel Love Kush

Poor hotel. i have stayed in many budget hotels and I do not expect luxury since I am paying budget. But even if you are budget, you must have at least some standard of comfort and service. Aircon not working. Informed staff and they did not bother. No towels. Told the staff and they did not send. Cold shower. told them and they did not bother. Slept in stuffy and hot room, dried myself with my own clothes and showered in cold water.

No options in the name of buffet services ce extremely slow.. AC not working.. No lifts...in short an excellent way to ruin the vacation

We had booked this stay almost 10 days before journey & we had confirmation from Hotels.com regarding stay.also had called hotel manager personally to confirm the booking.The manager also had confirmed our stay. A couple of days b4 my journey I had got the reconfirmation mail from hotels.com & we had reached there on time. Once we reached there on 16th of August 2014 (during the long weekend), they did not give us any room.They kept us waiting for long 4 hours & kept on saying that our booking was never confirmed from their end.Then they said that, they had communicated to hotels.com that they were running full house & cannot take our booking.For that also they could not produce any documentary evidence.Ultimately we wasted the entire first day's time & decided to move to some other hotel.They did not even return our payment which we made for stay. Worst hotel management.

It is nice to stay. feel comfortable. They extend the time of stay as requested.

Hotel Love Kush is a basic hotel that is good value for money. The room was pleasant and clean and the bathroom was fine. Sheets and towels seemed clean but stained - I would suggest that the hotel not use white sheets and towels which show up everything! It was very convenient for getting to the Taj. There is no food service here, but we were recommended a local restaurant called A Pinch of Spice which was just up the road and the food was delicious.

Not recommended. Service is bad.

So this hotel promises you the world... A fireplace, coffee maker, down duvets and pillows etc

Well no down duvet nor espresso maker, and as for a fireplace, after much moaning, was brought a single bar heater!!! Like the rest of Agra, a massive con, with everyone lookin for a quick buck... Ruins the Taj & the equally magnificent Fort!

The location was terrible ,the room was not ready and the hotel was in very poor condition

Can't beat the price here, it's clean, convenient, but only drawback is that it can get a little loud within the hotel. Would stay here again for sure!

I booked this hotel for two nights but at night when I reached hotel they told that for first night there is no room available. They provided me two small rooms in a seperate hotel however I paid for big room. Second day they had provided original room. But for first day they did not refunded any amount for their mistake. I had to suffer till 1am for the room however I had booking two months advance. Secondly I would recomend never higher any car from this hotel, they charged too much and actual travel agency rate is very less. So second day I cancelled my car and directly jhired from travel agency which is much cheap. Overall my experience was not good and never recomend this hotel.

The building is still being finished and the rooms lacked a few basic things like bath mats soap dishes , minor stuff, We had Breakfast on the roof with a hazy view of the Tag but they were not organised to make use of this great space, While the staff were nice , they lacked the professionalism of experienced hoteliers .
Given time I'm sure things will improve and didn't spoil the stay , good location , well priced

Our room was clean and comfy barring some mould on the wall. The staff were very friendly and one guy showed us up to where you could see the best view of the Taj Mahal when we poked our heads out. There's no rooftop restaurant as some reviews have said, but you can nip up to look at the view anyway.
The food was lovely (I had a very tasty veggie omelette) and the coffee was good, with quite quick service.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Agra for a night or two. I think it has a first floor restaurant, but we didn't try it out. There's also an ATM right outside the hotel and many of the tuk tuk drivers seem to position themselves outside, which helps with getting around.

BEST HOTEL I HAD EVER STAYED AGRA , SMALL BUT EXTREMELY CLEAN. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD, WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN
