トイレの臭いがないならまだ来ます！

Overall, very nice experience!
Pros:

Friendly service, free luggage storage before check-in and after check out. One of our luggage was broken with a missing wheel, the staff still treated it kindly, lifted and shifted it carefully for us, we really appreciated about that. The happy hour in the afternoon was a surprise, as it was not mentioned when we booked the hotel; the variety of the snacks were sufficient and enjoyable, which made the happy hour genuine. A small shopping mall was next door to the hotel, including a supermarket, cosmetics, Daiso, and several convenient shops and restaurants nearby.

駅近、便利！
Pros:

駅から近く、移動にも便利。
周りに飲食店やコンビニが充実している。
ラウンジのサービスがあるので、嬉しい。
チェックアウト後も、荷物をお預かりできますが？と提案してもらえた。

Cons:

思っていたより部屋は狭かった。
部屋を出ると中庭吹き抜けの屋外となるので、少しの移動でも冬はコートがいる。
フロントで借り物をしたが、若干迷惑そうな雰囲気を出されたように感じた。(貸出できるとサイトで確認していたのに)
