Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, vicino alla frequentatissima zona commerciale e dei ristoranti, a pochissimi metri dalla stazione di Sannomiya.

Moderno, accoglienza mediante chiosco (assistita da personale molto gentile) 

Camera non grande ma ben attrezzata e pulita.

Colazione ottima.

Pros:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けに寄りましたが、部屋の準備ができているとのことで、早めに部屋を利用でき大変に助かりました。入室の時にはエアコンも効いていて快適でした

快適でした！！

駅に近いところと、スーパーやコンビニ、飲食店も歩いてすぐの所にあったこと。
ドリンクサービスも嬉しかったです。

Cons:

階段がなかったので、団体の宿泊客とブッキングした時にエレベーターが混雑していたこと。

設備が良かったのに、清掃に来たことが残念
Pros:

駅から近く、夜食事に行くのも便利。
スマホの充電コードを持ってくるのを忘れて、備品にコードがあり助かった

Cons:

チェックアウトが10時頃の予定で部屋でくつろいでいると9時頃清掃の方がみえた
チェックアウトしているか確認してほしい
寝ていたら最悪のところでした

房間乾淨，地點方便，隔壁樓下有大超市。
Pros:

忘記訂飯店早餐，但隔壁一樓就有大超市，每天早上都有豐富的早餐選項可以選擇，非常方便。旅館下午還會有 happy hour，提供點心跟酒類，雖然不喝酒，但光看酒的品項，覺得喜歡喝酒的人應該會蠻開心的。我住的房間鄰近鐵道，但隔音非常好，並不會有吵鬧的感覺，走路去三宮站很近。吹風機很棒，很快就可以讓頭髮乾又不會燙。
