Excellent stay - Hen do perfect!!
Pros:

Hen do - I did a lot of research so it saves anyone else having to if you’re reading this review. If you’re looking for a place for a girlie weekend, look no further! Rooftop bar/pool 6th floor. Pretty chilled, lovely food & cocktails. There was a DJ on the Friday about 5pm.

TERRIBILE.
Pros:

Fate attenzione quando prenotate questo Hotel, se così si può definire. Ho avuto insieme al mio compagno una quantità di eventi spiacevoli a partire dal fatto che siamo rimasti chiusi in ascensore che sembrava del 1980 circa. Mi sono messa ad urlare a squarciagola e a sbattere contro le pareti, per fortuna ci hanno sentiti e per fortuna c’era una signora francese infermiera in vacanza lì che mi è venuta in soccorso. Poiché stavo svenendo dalla paura e dalla claustrofobia della quale soffro. Per non parlare dello staff maleducato. Tranne che per una ragazza molto giovane di nome Jessica, l’unica che si è preoccupata del mio stato di salute e si è scusata per tutti i disagi che quell’hotel ci stava comportando. Avevamo chiesto dei servizi specifici anche ripetuti più volte poiché nessuno ci calcolava e per un semplice cambio di asciugamani ci siamo ritrovati alla terza richiesta fatta direttamente alla front Office manager (FOM) la camera completamente vuota senza neanche la carta igienica. La struttura è vecchissima e lo staff non è proprio educato verso la clientela.
Soprattutto per quanto riguarda una signora alla reception che all’inizio sembrava molto educata e alla fine si è rivelata per quello che davvero è.. non educata! Poteva avere l’età di mia madre e vedendo due giovani in difficoltà avrebbe potuto sicuramente fare di più. Ma l’umanità non credo faccia parte di quella struttura, nonostante le 4 stelle.
PER CORTESIA INSERITE NELLO STAFF PIÙ GIOVANI DATO CHE SI SANNO COMPORTARE MEGLIO DI GENTE CHE È NATA NEGLI ANNI ‘50 / ‘60 E RINNOVATE LA STRUTTURA PERCHÉ SE AL POSTO MIO, NELL’ASCENSORE, CI FOSSERO STATI BAMBINI O ANZIANI NON SO SE L’AVRESTE PASSATA “LISCIA” QUESTA VOLTA.

The property is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, apart from the breakfast, nothing else justifies this rating. Staying at this hotel feels more like being in a modest 2 or 3-star accommodation. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean and the location is excellent, as it is very close to the beach. However, these factors do not compensate for the lack of basic 4-star amenities.
