Room was great just service from staff was not
Pros:

Room was nice very well kept

Cons:

I ordered room service but the man on the other side was extremely rude and actually accused me of having 6 guests in my room because I ordered 6 drinks , Extremely unprofessional over the phone and rude he then tried to degrade me further by naming the price of the cocktails if I was MPH I would certainly explore other options then keeping the person I was speaking to employed

Clean, and very comfortable room. Food was very good, fresh and value for money. Staff were polite and were not introducing, a nice amount of care with out feeling bothered

No air con in bedrooms
Pros:

No air con in the room. It was impossible to relax or breathe in the room at times let alone sleep. Found a fan but when we used it the dust blew out of it. I said it to receptionist after I paid but she just said it was warm outside. There was no care for us as people in that heat
Not acceptable for 4 star
Staff in bar and breakfast could not have been more helpful and food was lovely.

Lovely airy hotel that was very pleasant.
Pros:

Fab breakfast with great choice in lovely room.Leisure centre was also very good.

Cons:

Some of the younger servers in the bar could have been a bit more friendly & chatty.More experienced servers were much better.Bar experience was good even so.
