The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Our room was of a poor standard for the price per night. Curtains were ripped in places, bathroom dated and hair dryer didn’t work.

Excellent overall hotel with great staff and nice Kristen pool just the bedrooms letting it down which need some investm
Pros:

The vast and impressive entrance hall the beautiful flowers the very friendly and attentive staff nice bar food and good selection and choices st breakfast again staff were excellent.

Cons:

The bedrooms need an upgrade a bit shabby and mattress needs a mattress topper also other guests doors very noisy when closing easy to fix that issue

The grounds & public areas of the hotel are a good stamdard, rooms unfortunately do not match this &
Pros:

The hotel was impressive on arrival with a beautiful reception & ground floor. Lady on check in was nice. The breakfast was good quality & plenty of variety. The waiting staff could have been friendlier

Cons:

The rooms were very dated & not matched to the ground floor. I was dissapointed we had booked a triple room but there was only 1 bottle of water & only 1 shampoo & bodywash for 3 people.....not a 4 star hotel standard. On check out i was asked to pay again for accommodation that had been pre paid

Recommend this hotel, will stay here again.
Pros:

Friendly staff, spacious room, good facilities bar and restaurant, parking on site, tasty breakfast.

Cons:

Leisure centre was excellent however pool was a bit too cold for me. Not enough shampoo and shower gel in the room for 2 people. No safe in room.
