a nice place to work, relax and shop
Pros:

the resort is very nice and provides a swimming pool and an excellent breakfast. staff is very gentle and kind as in oriental style. the city of sanya is very large and the seaside part is not so close. in my experience this was not a big issue but some other customers may be interested to know. there are some reasturant in the resort that are very good. further there is a beautiful shopping center that you may enjoy

Nice hotel for every age
Pros:

This hotel locates in resort area which owns shops(shopping center), restaurants/cafe, water park, art galleries and conference rooms.
This hotel has outdoor pool which is generally in shadow (it’s positive meaning for Sanya’s strong sunlight) and you can refresh.
Room is big and has nice bathtub. View from balcony is amazing. Air conditioner works well.
Breakfast is open buffet and has many varieties(Chinese, Western, vegetables, rice porridge, noodle, dumplings, salad, fruits, desserts with coconut milk etc.). They are delicious.
Staff: Although they don’t speak English, we could communicate using translate application and it was no problem.

Pros:

С 21 этажа потрясный вид из окна. Номер просторный. Завтрак достойный. Территория живописная, но на момент проживания многие бассейны пустовали, фонтаны были отключены. Все неплохо, но ремонт не помешал бы.

Pros:

Красивая территория, скидки в брендовых магазинах, улица с кафешками, хорошие завтраки, вежливый персонал, качественный клининг, не воруют. Искусственная волна в аквапарке.

Cons:

Много фонтанчиков и кафешек в нерабочем состоянии. В аквапарке жесткие ограничения : муж 92 кг, я 95 кг, ребёнок 145 см, 35 кг: пустили только на 1 горку из 4 /ех работающих и на искусственную волну. Ребёнок попал на 2-е горки.
