Great boutique hotel in good location. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great little boutique hotel, centrally located close to bars and restaurants. Close to train station. Super comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet location. Staff were only too happy to help with anything we required.

Cons:

The rooms do not have air conditioning and the ceiling fan and provided fan are not effective enough. The room was unbearably hot and we left a night early. When contacting the staff they were completely unhelpful.

Cons:

部屋が暑く、与えられた扇風機が古くて音は大きいし涼しくもなく寝られなかった。2日目の清掃サービスはドアのタグをしていなかっただけでスキップされてしまっていた。

Convenient location and easy check in but very hot.
Pros:

Easy check in, I liked the no key required only a code

Cons:

Very hot, no aircon. Bathroom was also stuffy. The portable aircon was more like a fan. Fridge was warm and didn’t work.

Pros:

Great location, close to very nice restaurants and bars. Even though it's very close to the main street and train station, the room was very quiet.

Cons:

There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. Bringing up our luggage was almost a challenge (we're young and fit).
The ventilation and lights in the bathroom are just weird as they are activated by a sensor: while taking a shower, the light and fan would turn off. Had to get out of the shower to trigger the sensor again.
The carpet was dirty, full of someone else's hair.
Last but not least, the fridge wasn't really working.

Charming hotel with extremely good value for money
Pros:

A beautiful hotel not far from the city center. It's very centrally located, and you can walk to Wooloomoloo in 45 minutes or take the King's Cross Underground station. The building is older and reminiscent of English architecture. The rooms were very modern, and while the bathroom was narrow, it was otherwise excellent. Everything was very comfortable, and the value for money was incredibly good. You receive access codes, allowing you to check in yourself at any time. The hotel also offered free luggage storage. Contacting the virtual reception was possible online at any time.

Cons:

The access code entry device at the hotel was difficult to use. You couldn't hear or see whether the device had registered each digit pressed, so it took me several minutes to get inside. The one at the room door was much easier to use. There was no air conditioning, but that wasn't a problem because of the mild temperatures on the day of arrival.

Muy buena ubicación. Fácil de hacer el check in y el personal muy servicial y amable. Habitaciones amplias con decoración con muy buen gusto y camas super cómodas y grandes.

Cons:

La habitación a pesar de tener un bonito balcón no tenía mucha luz natural.
