Charming hotel with extremely good value for money
Pros:

A beautiful hotel not far from the city center. It's very centrally located, and you can walk to Wooloomoloo in 45 minutes or take the King's Cross Underground station. The building is older and reminiscent of English architecture. The rooms were very modern, and while the bathroom was narrow, it was otherwise excellent. Everything was very comfortable, and the value for money was incredibly good. You receive access codes, allowing you to check in yourself at any time. The hotel also offered free luggage storage. Contacting the virtual reception was possible online at any time.

Cons:

The access code entry device at the hotel was difficult to use. You couldn't hear or see whether the device had registered each digit pressed, so it took me several minutes to get inside. The one at the room door was much easier to use. There was no air conditioning, but that wasn't a problem because of the mild temperatures on the day of arrival.

Pros:

Great location, close to very nice restaurants and bars. Even though it's very close to the main street and train station, the room was very quiet.

Cons:

There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. Bringing up our luggage was almost a challenge (we're young and fit).
The ventilation and lights in the bathroom are just weird as they are activated by a sensor: while taking a shower, the light and fan would turn off. Had to get out of the shower to trigger the sensor again.
The carpet was dirty, full of someone else's hair.
Last but not least, the fridge wasn't really working.

Muy bonito hotel boutique
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Fácil de hacer el check in y el personal muy servicial y amable. Habitaciones amplias con decoración con muy buen gusto y camas super cómodas y grandes.

Cons:

La habitación a pesar de tener un bonito balcón no tenía mucha luz natural.

Great location for a city stay in Potts Point.
Pros:

Easy and comfortable stay

Cons:

The air-conditioning could use a serious update, but you can open windows and rooms have access to a balcony.

I would definitely return, great location good size room, very nice, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Everything was just about perfect. Room size, clean, windows for fresh air, own bathroom.

Cons:

Tricky on check in as reception not staffed so was waiting for PIN/CODE of entry to building and room. However, we got there in the end, the key pad is very sensitive. I had a big bag so stairs were hard but manageable.

Despite the above, we had a positive experience overall.
Pros:

Good location, good value, clean, balcony off room was nice.

Cons:

Excessive hoops to jump through in terms of deposit, pre-check-in etc. Because I had booked 3 rooms, the process had to be repeated 3 times.

Also, although the rooms were clean, the cleaner had left bags of rubbish outside the bathroom. It also wasn’t clear whether the bathroom was shared with just our 3 rooms or others as well.
Shower recess leaked, so floor and bath mat was constantly soaked.
