The breakfast spread and quality was good.
When I am paying by my card, why is the property saying that we need to pay onsite? Using a card means I want to pay online. I was booking for my mother and did not want to give her the hassle, but the process resulted in doing exactly the same.
Booking.com said the card was used to 'reserve' the property. Why not book it? Make it make sense.
The welcoming, ambiance, service, location, food, environment, service was beyond expectation. We had a great dinning and stay experience. Mr Jha at reception was helpfull and gentle while attending us.
