Best hotel in Bhopal
Pros:

Excelent place, great atmosphere, the staff is carefully and attentive, always trying to help and patient, I do visit this hotel quite often, and always have a great time.

The executive loung is welcomening and has a great selection of snakes and drink, Mr. Rohit is always ready to help, it's a great experience.

Thank you for all the support during my stays. The whole team is fantastic.

Excellent Location, Well Furnished Spacious Rooms.
Pros:

Nice location next to a Shopping Mall, comfortable rooms, good service at the all day dining restaurant. However, a BIG Spoiler was the reception when during arrival the parking staff Mr Ram was rude and discourteous while asking guests to not even get down properly to accommodate a Middle level Police officers official vehicle which kept honking. In spite of complaints during Check In to Ms Simran, no updates were provided till Check Out. The rear exit to Mall and Starbucks has been closed, a dampener.
Now the good part, excellently located spacious rooms with well furnished room amenities and washroom. The Buffet Dinner is excellent and theme based with good service staff. The Breakfast was also nice with good variety. Room services was good but occasionally missed an order, however overall very homely. Strongly recommended for Business cum leisure visits.
