Pros:

Extremely disappointed with the service at Courtyard by Marriott Bhopal. The room service is unbelievably slow — anything you request takes more than an hour to arrive, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
What made the experience worse was the behavior of Mr. Apoorv, the helpline representative for room service. His attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, and he clearly lacks the courtesy expected from staff at a reputed hotel like Courtyard Marriott.
There seems to be no respect for guests’ time, and the overall service quality is far below what one would expect from a Marriott property.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise travelers to reconsider staying here if they value good service and hospitality.
