Great Customer Service
Pros:

My team and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Huntsville/Research Park Area while attending the state wrestling finals, and our experience was outstanding. Sales Manager Douglas Lee went above and beyond to ensure our wrestling team was able to book multiple rooms without any issues. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a special shout-out to Esperanza and Tynisha. They helped make our stay extremely comfortable, answered all questions and ensured that everything was seamless for our group. Their friendly attitudes and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Traveling with a team can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for group events, tournaments, or family stays. We truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying again in the future!

Excellent Hotel and Staff!
Pros:

I am very happy that I selected this hotel to stay at during my visit! The hotel and staff, especially Ms. Esperanza, was great! I had spoken with Ms. Esperanza prior to coming to this hotel. She provided excellent service and helped me with my questions! She was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! It was a pleasure getting to meet her in person when I checked in! Good stay
Pros:

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon for a one night stay. King room on second floor was quiet. Room spacious and clean. Also had refrigerator, coffee, and microwave. Refrigerator was the only thing we used.

Staff super helpful. There was an issue that arose but staff was on top of it, communicated well, and everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

Breakfast the next morning was more than enough hot, cold, and beverage items.

Would stay again.

Kindness from Missy!!
Pros:

Missy was our hostess for the night. We are staying at this nice hotel for a church trip. Missy gave us great conversation, patience at a late hour, and warm hot cocoa to warm us up after coming in from the cold. She is a top notch server and we are grateful for her and blessed we got to meet her! We need more kindness like her in the world!!
