I would stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast food was running low when we got down to the room about 8:00. I didn't see anyone around to refresh some of the supplies.

Great Customer Service
Pros:

My team and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Huntsville/Research Park Area while attending the state wrestling finals, and our experience was outstanding. Sales Manager Douglas Lee went above and beyond to ensure our wrestling team was able to book multiple rooms without any issues. His professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to give a special shout-out to Esperanza and Tynisha. They helped make our stay extremely comfortable, answered all questions and ensured that everything was seamless for our group. Their friendly attitudes and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Traveling with a team can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for group events, tournaments, or family stays. We truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying again in the future!

Excellent Hotel and Staff!
Pros:

I am very happy that I selected this hotel to stay at during my visit! The hotel and staff, especially Ms. Esperanza, was great! I had spoken with Ms. Esperanza prior to coming to this hotel. She provided excellent service and helped me with my questions! She was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! It was a pleasure getting to meet her in person when I checked in!
