Nice the location, and all members of staff are nice ihlan was super good customer service skills with all the staff members
The only thing I don't like it is about the hotel is a bit expensive for tourists to stay not like compony pay like business meeting it is OK also. About the breakfast the dining is very small needed more spaces for the people for breakfast also the manager was so nice I was talking to him so polite and listened to my issue that's all think I mentioned but is not personal is my opinion
Friendly helpful staff. Great walkable location to harbour, bizarre, points of interest, restaurants. Clean spacious rooms. Fabulous breakfast and great addition fitness and spa facilities. Also quiet.

location is perfect, very central. The staff is super friendly. Accommodation super comfortable, rooms are spacious, breakfast is great and the rooftop restaurant is a real plus. Fitness room is well equipped (ventilation could be improved), spa very cosy and quiet. Overall a great experience
Our stay at the hotel was very good. Everything from the service to the overall atmosphere made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. The location was convenient, it was a pleasant stay.
One small suggestion for improvement would be the tea and coffee service. Currently, guests need to wait for staff to bring drinks, It would be more convenient to have a self-service option so guests can get their tea or coffee whenever they like.
Aside from this, everything else was great, and we really enjoyed our stay.

The swimming pool is small but perfect for kids. They even have pilates room.

Clean. Location was safe and 15 min walking distance from Kemeralti Bazaar. Breakfast was good.
Toilet was separated but shower/sink had no privacy door and the shower door was glass.
Κάποια άτομα απο το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικά όπως η Elif στο πρωινό. Αντίθετα στην reception ήταν πολύ τυπικοί και όχι ιδιαίτερα φιλικοί. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και ευχάριστο, καθαρό, ήσυχο.
Δεν ήταν βοηθητικοί οταν ζητήσαμε πληροφορίες για το πως θα πάμε στην Εφεσσο. Μας πρότειναν μια πανάκριβη λύση την οποία και πήραμε αναγκαστικά, προφανώς υπάρχει ένα είδος συνεργασίας με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία.

We were bothered by the light from the refrigerator shining directly into the bed.
No one helped us with parking and carrying our luggage from the car to the hotel.
No smoking room, no balcony .
Everythings
Everything was wonderful from the roooms to the breakfast service and of course the staff! They all did such a great job and we were so grateful for everyone’s help. They treated us like family!
