Stay here if you're coming to Izmir.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, kind, respectful and helpful. Luxurious rooms with lots of space, great room service.

Cons:

There was a sound issue. Something kept hitting something due to wind, causing us to wake up. It was 4am when it was finally found and taken care of. Hotel staff did their best and gave us a late checkout which we appreciated, but it was still a horrible night.

Cons:

Dobrze wszyscy wiemy że hotel o standardzie 5 gwiazdek w Turcji to równorzędność 3 gwiazdek hoteli europejskich. Nie mogę powiedzieć złego zdania poza śniadaniem gdzie potrawy które powinny być przynajmniej ciepłe były raczej zimne oraz codzienne to samo na jedno kopyto bez urozmaicenia. Cena nie adekwatna choćby do podawanych posiłków. Codziennie trzeba było prosić o małą łyżeczkę…

Öncelikle Personellerin ilgi ve alakası harikaydı. Ülkü Bey, Hilal Hanım ve Kutay Bey’in bize ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. Restoran bölümündeki Elif Hanım’ın cana yakınlığı muazzamdı. Oda temizliği iyidi, günlük temizleniyordu. Oda ses yalıtımı da iyidi. Otelin konumu tam merkezi.

Great stay
Pros:

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel. Elif and her colleagues could not have done enough for us. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and have stayed in many of there hotels across the world but the staff in this hotel were by far the nicest and most helpful. Very clean and modern hotel with a large and healthy choice of breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in perfekter Lage, mit viel Platz und hervorragendem Service

Wir haben ein ruhiges Zimmer im 6. Stock erhalten und konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und sehr zentral, sodass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie zahlreiche Restaurants bequem zu Fuss erreichbar sind.

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns in allen Belangen sehr gut beraten. Besonders überzeugt haben uns die im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels deutlich grosszügigeren Räumlichkeiten, was letztlich auch ausschlaggebend für unsere Buchung war. Rückblickend sind wir sehr froh über diese Entscheidung.

Wenn wir Izmir wieder besuchen, werden wir uns definitiv erneut für das Renaissance Hotel entscheiden.

Great stay, lovely hotel, lovely staff and great location
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here , fantastic location, staff lovely, rooms cleaned daily, it was my son's birthday whilst there and they were kind enough to leave a cake in the room for him.

Cons:

Wasn't too keen on the sheer glass between bathroom and bedroom, especially travelling with my son 😅 however they did come and block it up for us with a board for privacy. Only had a couple of drinks there which were expensive. £7.15 for a small bottle of Efes.
