Amazing staff great location!
Pros:

The staff and service was superb. We were a short walk to all Izmir has to offer.

Cons:

The mattress was due to be replaced, but that was the only downside of our stay..

Pros:

I liked a location of the Hotel. It is very close to seaside and Agora - historical place, as well as shops. Staff of the reception and restaraunt is very friendly, helpfull and polite. Breakfast was very good.

I have always stayed at Marriott hotels wherever I go. My experience at Renaissance Izmir is by far the most memorable and unforgettable, because of the special attention and care, and the exceptional guest services I received from Hilal, Mazlum, Erkut, Kutay, Sila, Elif, Mr. Berkin and Mr. Ilgin.
I came to Izmir for a major surgery, checked into Ren hotel after staying at the hospital for 2 days. I was able to recuperate and regain my health, many thanks to the wonderful teams that work seamlessly to tend to my requests expediently. I highly recommend Ren hotel.
