Lovely stay and good value for 5 Star
Pros:

Very smartly done 5 star and well located
Excellent bathroom and well sized room

Cons:

Pool was under renovation at time of visit
Should have been done timeously and functional for guest
Entrance to hotel is a bit tight
But otherwise all ok

Pros:

Genelde İzmiri çok sevdim. İnsanları çok, çok, çok saygılı, dünyagörüşlü ve sıcak. Otele geldikde ise sadece bir şey söyleye bilirim - HARİKA. Özellikle Mazlum beye sıçak karşılamasına, samimi söhbetlerine ve saygısına göre ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. Onunla arkadaş bile olduk.

Pros:

El hotel es muy moderno, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y con diseño sofisticado. El desayuno en el último piso es espectacular y la terraza tiene hermosas vistas. El spa es muy recomendable, los masajes son realmente buenos.

I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The exceptional staff, location, great shower and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Club lounge. Extremely disappointing. I would not opt for the club lounge option again. To be honest way better breakfast options around the hotel area.

Läget, rummet

Cons:

Städning och service stämde inte med en femstjärnigthotell. Man borde be om saker som borde vara självklara både när det gällde städning och frukost. Efter varje dusch samlades vatten i vårt badrum.

Superb! A very, very comfortable stay
Pros:

The thing that we liked the most was the willingness and readiness of the staff to attend to our needs. We changed rooms twice for particular reasons (1. the drainge in the shower was not good and 2. the second replacement room was slightly smaller) and the staff responded immediately to attend to our request. The hotel location is in a very nice and green part of town close to the seashore and some very good fish and kebab restaurants. The Old Bazar is only 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was very good but a bit monotonous.
