Pros:

Özellikle otel çalışanlarından isimlerini hatırlayabildiğim Ilgın Bey'in bizimle olan ilgisi ve yine aynı şekilde Hilal Hanım'ın samimiyeti, ilgisi, nezaketi otelden özellikle çok memnun kalmamıza neden oldu. Genel olarak tüm personel son derece güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı idi. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve lezzeti, odaların büyüklüğü, banyoların hamam tasarımı çok çok başarılıydı. İzmir'e yeniden geldiğimizde düşünmeden tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.
