Geweldig verblijf op toplocatie in hartje Izmir
Pros:

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf van vier nachten gehad in het Renaissance Izmir Hotel. De locatie is uitstekend: de Kemeraltı Bazaar ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten loopafstand en de beroemde Izmir Clock Tower bereik je binnen 10 minuten. Daarnaast kun je heerlijk wandelen langs de kustboulevard, waar je ook elektrische steps en fietsen kunt huren.

Het hotel zelf was ook uitstekend. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, werden we hartelijk ontvangen door het vriendelijke personeel, waardoor we ons direct welkom voelden. Onze kamer was ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien en werd dagelijks uitstekend schoongemaakt. Alles was iedere dag weer fris en netjes.

Ook het ontbijt was van hoge kwaliteit, met een zeer uitgebreid en gevarieerd aanbod. Al met al hebben wij enorm genoten van ons verblijf en kunnen wij dit hotel van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die Izmir wil ontdekken

Cons:

De enige kleine opmerking die we hebben, is dat de airconditioning wat geluid maakte. Gelukkig was dit niet dusdanig dat het storend was en we hebben alle nachten prima geslapen.

性价比不太好的老旧酒店。
Pros:

房间很大，早餐种类较多。

Cons:

三人间的小床中间凹陷，没法睡。酒店泳池坏了，不开放。整体感觉酒店比较老旧。停车需要额外收费。

Good location and hotel for those on a short visit
Pros:

The hotel room was spacious, and the bathroom was excellent, with separate areas for the shower and toilet, making it especially convenient for guests sharing the room. The shower was equipped with luxurious Turkish hammam-style amenities, which was a nice touch.
Breakfast was very good with lots of options.

The location was also excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the marina and a wide selection of restaurants.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was quite dim, even with all the lights turned on. Additional lighting in the dressing area would have been appreciated. Housekeeping also missed a few details—drinks left from the previous day were not removed, and some amenities, such as hand soap and conditioner, were not replenished and had to be requested. The extra bed was also not very comfortable, which affected the stay.

Good but not 5 star hotel
Pros:

Отель в хорошем расположении и завтраки хорошие .

Cons:

Но есть большие минусы, уборка поверхностная, бокалы были грязными, но нам по запросу все быстро поменяли. Воду не обновляли вовремя (все было только после замечания) для 5* считаю эти мелочи недопустимы
Не понравилось что там в ванной и туалете нет вытяжки и в целом плохая проветриваемость (есть запах канализации), но эта проблема во всем городе ощущается .
И к сожалению бассейн был на чистке в наши даты 4 дня и мы не смогли воспользоваться

A positive experience
Pros:

The location was close to the harbour and the centre, breakfast was excellent every taste catered for. The staff were very friendly and so helpful, it was a very enjoyable stay I would go there again.

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Advertised as having an indoor pool, wellness center etc. But same not open and no acknowledgement of this, complained and eventually got an upgraded room instead.
I was making the complaint... but the manager only addressed my partner, acting like I didnt exist, unforgivable behaviour in my opinion....

Pros:

Odalar geniş, temiz ve konforlu. Oda dizaynı çok iyi. Odalarda ütü masası ve ütü olmasını beğendim. Konumu güzel. Kahvaltıda çeşit yeterli.

Cons:

Kapalı havuz çok ama çok küçük. Ve kapalıydı. Kahvaltıda kalite biraz daha iyi olabilir.
