Great location, great and kind staff. Clean.

Cons:

The apartment itself is very nice and clean, and the staff were genuinely kind and professional. Unfortunately, during our stay on December 31st and January 1st, there was no heating and, even worse, no hot water. They informed us they were doing everything in their power to fix the issues, which we appreciated.
Having no heating in January when the temperature is -10°C really spoils the experience. We were left with only one AC unit, which was not enough to warm up the space. Not being able to take a warm shower made the experience even more difficult. While we liked the place, I cannot give a higher rating because basic living conditions were not met during the coldest time of the year.

+ Micul dejun destul de diversificat

Cons:

- Camera pentru 4 persoane cu doar 2 seturi de prosoape si 3 perne
- parcarea goala din fata hotalului era cu plata, inclusiv pentru clienti
- aspect invechit al camerelor
- usile (2) de la baie nu se inchideau

Pleasant one-night stay
Pros:

Clean and decent hotel. We booked two rooms and both were comfortable, warm and cozy. The staff is kind. Breakfast was ok. Parking is provided, for a fee. The city center is about 20 minutes away on foot or a short ride by public transport or by car. Overall, a pleasant one-nigh stay.

Cons:

The neighborhood of the hotel is not much attractive, but we felt safe. We wanted to use the sauna, which is provided for guests, however, it was not heated and ready for use, so contact the staff in advance if you want to use this service.
