Nu am avut kit bețișoare pentru urechi si padele pentru demachiat. Și nici șampon, doar acel gel de dus "universal" .

lipsa papuci de casa, unul din cele doua televizoare nu functiona, doar doua pahare la baie...in camera nimic....

Nice Hotel with lack of proactive staff support
Pros:

Hotel Boavista in Timișoara has several positive attributes: the location is convenient, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, good breakfast and the initial impression is quite welcoming. However, the overall experience was severely undermined by ongoing maintenance failures and poor handling of infrastructure issues.

Cons:

The primary drawback during the stay was a broken elevator. For a multi-story hotel accommodating guests on higher floors, a functioning elevator is a basic expectation. The elevator was out of order during the stay, it remained unfixed throughout the duration of the stay while the front desk staff remained polite, no proactive assistance was provided to carry bags. Hauling heavy luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs repeatedly was exhausting and unacceptable for a 4-star property.
