Pleasant one-night stay
Pros:

Clean and decent hotel. We booked two rooms and both were comfortable, warm and cozy. The staff is kind. Breakfast was ok. Parking is provided, for a fee. The city center is about 20 minutes away on foot or a short ride by public transport or by car. Overall, a pleasant one-nigh stay.

Cons:

The neighborhood of the hotel is not much attractive, but we felt safe. We wanted to use the sauna, which is provided for guests, however, it was not heated and ready for use, so contact the staff in advance if you want to use this service.

Cons:

Hotel tried to scam us, parking is paid 5€ a day, when parking to the hotel is empty because nobody stays there. They wanted me to pay the hotel again even if I paid it on booking because they didn’t check that I paid for it. It said 4 stars on booking and on toilet it said 3 star hotel, also the hotel looked like at most 3 stars, not enough facilities for a 4 star and the rooms looked like 1990 hotel rooms. AND WE HAD EXPIRED PEANUTS IN THE MINI FRIDGE

Parking spot, breakfast top quality, pretty large room, bed comfortable, good internet.

Cons:

Electric Tram on rails under our window - very noisy and anyoing- wake-up 4.30 in the morning by his noise!
Staff very young, unexperienced and very ""cold"" - nothing about that I was the client - no smile or ""can I help you""
Room very cold when reach to the hotel. Waiting for hours to warm-up despite outside freezing cold. Economy paid by client - ugly choice

Cons:

Din păcate, experiența la Hotel Boavista din Timișoara a fost dezamăgitoare. Cele 4 stele par să fi rămas doar la nivel de clasificare inițială, fără investiții reale în renovare sau întreținere în ultimii ani.

Camera prezenta numeroase semne de uzură: perdele arse, mochetă murdară, prosoape vechi, uzate și desfăcute la margini. Dușul era defect, apa curgând pe lângă, iar cabina de duș avea rosturile pline de murdărie, lucru total nepotrivit pentru un hotel de 4 stele.

Per total, nivelul de curățenie și confort este mult sub așteptările create de clasificare. Nu recomand cazarea aici și consider că hotelul ar trebui reevaluat din punct de vedere al stelelor acordate.

Overall, a very positive experience.
Pros:

The location of the property is great! 10-15 minutes' walk from the city center. The room is spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast is delicious, with so many options to choose from. The staff is very polite and positive! I would recommend the hotel.

Cons:

Because of the carpet floor, the room can smell a bit dusty, which is not suitable for people with allergies. I would recommend a deep cleaning of the carpet floors. Besides, please beware of the fruits you take during breakfast; you need to clean them extra thoroughly before eating them.

Veraltetes Hotel mit schlechtem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lobby war ungemütlich kalt, die Möbel alt und die Renovierungen im Bad (überstrichene Fliesen) wirkten billig und rudimentär. 82 Euro für zwei Personen sind für diesen Standard absolut überzogen – mehr als 40-50 Euro ist die Unterkunft nicht wert.“ Kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit kam es zu Engpässen: Trotz 15 wartender Gäste war das Buffet komplett leer geräumt. Erst auf Nachfrage bzw. nach einer Wartezeit wurden die Speisen glücklicherweise noch einmal aufgefüllt.“

Receptionerul amabil si foarte politicos.

Cons:

Ar fost util sa avem la dispoziție in camera o cana fierbatoare si la baie o oglinda pentru ras/machiat.

The restaurant on the ground floor is a plus when you arrive late. The food was good.
Close to Iulius Mall and city center. Perfect for short stays or transits.

Cons:

The restaurant on the ground floor, where they also serve breakfast was very poorly heated, it was quite cold inside.
The breakfast should be more varied.
