Excellent value, very smart hotel
Pros:

Solid breakfast, nice decor, room was lovely, staff are fit, ex Ellen price considering location

Cons:

Car park gates are a pain, they are not set up for bikers. Had to get someone else to press button on opposite side to get out

Foarte dezamăgită de atitudinea angajaților.
Pros:

Locația este foarte bună, raportat de centru orașului.

Cons:

Personal nesimțit, fusese nevoie de fier de călcat dar aflu ulterior că sunt în număr foarte mic și deja distribuite altor clienți și era clar asigurat în timpul sejurului!!!!!

Nota aditionala: am discutat cu un reprezentant al hotelului si am clarificat situatia, sper pe viitor cand va mai fi nevoie de cazare la acest hotel sa nu se mai repete situatia.
