La posizione è ottima, ma la struttura troppo vecchia
SENZA ASCENSORE!
Le camere all’interno sono abbastanza moderne e ristrutturate, ma la nostra per lo meno piccola e poco confortevole. (Neanche uno specchio intero, bagno scomodo senza neanche dei ganci o dei piani di appoggio. No bidet.
La nota veramente positiva è la gentilezza e all’accoglienza dello staff, in particolare Emanuele

La ubicación es ideal, a pocos minutos de todos los puntos de interés de la ciudad.
El personal muy amable, se esfuerzan en hablar español y en hacerse entender en caso de no poder hablarlo. Te ayudan en todo momento a todo lo que necesites.

La habitación era realmente hermosa y muy cómoda. Tenía una cama kingsize y dos camas individuales, el baño hermoso equipado con Bidet (en europa se agradece), la limpieza muy buena, la ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos caminando de la estación Santa Maria de Novella y a 3 minutos del centro neuralgico de la ciudad. Realmente lamentamos no habernos quedado 1 o 2 días mas pero volveremos sin duda. Renglón aparte para el personal que fue realmente amable desde el minuto cero. Pudimos dejar maletas antes del checkin y luego del checkout pudiendo tambien esperar en una especie de sala que tienen ahí y haciendo uso del baño.
