Un petit hôtel sympa dans le vieux quartier
Pros:

Petit hôtel bien situé dans le vieux quartier de Hanoï. Accueil parfait. A ma demande, l'hôtel nous a envoyé son taxi pour nous chercher à l'aéroport et nous y emmener en fin de séjour avec un prix fixe et raisonnable.

Cons:

Rien.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très copieux mais ça nous convenait.

Bardzo przyjemny, nieduży hotel, polecam!
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu - blisko praktycznie wszędzie w obrębie starego miasta.
Pokój był duży, wygodny, łóżka - wspaniałe, doskonale się nam na nich spało.
Wygodna łazienka.
Smaczne śniadania ala cart.
Ale największym atutem tego miejsca jest personel, szczególnie pani z recepcji (niestety nie znam imienia) - sprawiała, że atmosfera w hotelu była naprawdę wyjątkowa.
Wrócilibyśmy ponownie do tego hotelu.

Cons:

Mieliśmy pokój na najwyższym piętrze i niestety często był problem z ciśnieniem wody, oprócz tego winda nie docierała na ostatnie piętro - dla nas nie był to problem, ale warto o tym wiedzieć.

Accueil impeccable, même en excellent français par Jasmine. Chambres magnifiques et confortables. Location en plein centre dans une petite ruelle très calme. Et en plus, prix super correct!
Je recommande absolument.

L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter les principaux sites de la vieille ville.
Une personne à l'accueil parle le français et est très serviable.
Il s'agit d'un hôtel à taille humaine.
Bon petit-déjeuner.

Emplacement dans une petite rue très calme au coeur d'un quartier très animé.

Cons:

4ème étage sans ascenseur, wifi trop faible voire inexistant sauf dans le hall de l'hôtel, chambre trop petite avec les valises, aucun espace de rangement.

Ma chambre était un petit îlot de calme et de repos au milieu de l'agitation tonitruante de la ville.
Petit déjeuner parfait servi dans une petite salle cosy avec un beau mobilier.
Personnel d'entretien sympathique et efficace.

Très bien et bien placé
Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse. Le personnel est très agréable. Jasmine m'a organisé mes transferts en bus et une croisière sur la Baie d'Halong. Merci beaucoup.
