Pros:

Sehr schöne und komfortabel eingerichtete Suite mit Küche. Sehr freundliches Personal. Typisches amerikanisches Frühstück. Geschäfte, Lokale und Union-Station fußläufig gut erreichbar.

It was the best date-weekend ever!
Pros:

I love this hotel but this time was extra special because the Shen Yun crew was staying there and we were at the hotel for a stay-cation just to see the play! We had the chance to speak with a musician on the elevator and tell her how much we enjoyed the show.

Cons:

The room was humid. This hasn't been an issue in the past.

Awesome, enjoyable, great staff, comfy bed, quiet, a delight!
Pros:

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel was a massive surprise. I was upgraded to a King Studio with Mountain view - I highly recommend this room, as not only is it huge (practically an apartment), but there is construction done on the other side of the hotel. Also, the room was on the top - 12th - floor, so it was totally silent, a big deal for me (I have sleep issues). I cannot speak to the breakfast as I was at a conference and did not eat it. Why are they always served so early? Anyway, amazing staff. KEVIN WAS THE BEST. Super helpful, quick, solved my payment issue, and all done with a smile. He's great.

Cons:

I have almost nothing to say here, so I'm just filling up the lines by saying that it could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom, but in all honesty, it was SO minor, and it was a delight.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

It's so convenient
I have a toddler, good for a walk w young kids; safe Neigbor. I can cook in the kitchen
Target is next door !! Love the location n hotel decoration design
Sleek m beautiful ; the best is the breakfast; the staff serving us so friendly n wonderful ! Night time high floor view is beautiful too

Cons:

There is one front desk staff a little bit rude
But not a big deal

Great downtown location-would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I was impressed by instant hot water and great water pressure; easy and fast elevator access and courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable.

Cons:

Happy hour snacks would be nice!

Very comfortable
Pros:

Very nice, calm and well-located hotel. The staff was always nice and helpful. I appreciate the gym, which is very convenient and is actually pretty well equipped. Breakfast is good and has enough of choices.
