Angra Marina Hotel

A localização excelente, funcionários da receção simpáticos e prestativos. O pequeno-almoço muito bom com produtos frescos e variados. O quarto tinha uma vista deslumbrante sob a marina de Angra e o Monte Brasil.
A limpeza do quarto e wc estavam excelentes, bem como todas as zonas do hotel.
a piscina do hotel é muito boa.
Sinceramente, após ler na internet comentários tão negativos sobre o hotel, só tenho a dizer que a minha estadia foi maravilhosa e recomendo vivamente outras pessoas a reservarem.

We arrived for our Honeymoon and immediately had issues with having to stock towels, the shower drains flooding bathrooms, and blood stains found on pillow case and sheets.

Upon asking to cancel the rest of our stay the next morning, we were told to stay for an hour so they could sort something out. Only then were we offered an upgrade and were treated like we were on our honeymoon (and we were told our 1st night was covered).

The free upgrade was wonderful, I cannot lie about that. However, upon checkout, we were charged for the full stay (including the night they had said they covered). After they had multiple discussions they determined the 'confusion' was due to a language barrier. When they called ownership, we were met with a stern 'pay or we call police'. We had not remotely suggested we were not paying and wanted to discuss having to pay for the 1st night of 3. Instead, we were insulted by ownership and management. In protest, I paid, and was told to send email with detailed information to which we received no response.

This is not a 5-star hotel - the rooms are disgusting and the facilities are not any better. On top of this, management (specifically ownership) are the worst people.
The 3-star hotel we stayed at afterwards with no air conditioning was better and offered us compensation for that issue. They felt based on the upgrade, our first night of our Honeymoon should be ignored.

Do not give this place your money. This hotel should not be a reflection of the people in Terceira, and should not be a reflection of Angra. Avoid at all costs.

The hotel’s location is excellent. The room was tidy, clean, and exceptionally spacious. The breakfast was also excellent.

A vista sobre a Marina e o Porto de Pipas, quarto amplo e cama confortável.

Bom serviço de pequeno almoço, localização excelente para quem pretende conhecer a ilha toda.
