Tudo estava ótimo 😊 a vista é fantástica. É uma alegria de ir visitar Angra onde eu nasci 🥰

Cons:

Reportei que o candeeiro da mesa de cabeceira estava partido à nossa chegada e lá ficou durante a nossa estadia.
O ar condicionado não se conseguia controlar.
Reportei também à entrada que a máq. de café perdia água pelo depósito e que a bancada estava cheia de água, também nada foi feito.

Un tres estrellas a un precio de tres estrellas

Las vistas, habitaciones grandes pero muy mal aprovechadas.

Cons:

Les hice dos peticiones con antelación de una semana : cama de matrimonio y dos almohadas adicionales y cuando llegamos ninguna fue atendida. Habitaciones mal aprovechadas y distribuidas.
Tiene una piscina climatizada pero que no lo es porque el agua está fría. Mobiliario e instalaciones anticuadas. Te dan un mando y con eso controlas todas las luces de la habitación que es un aburrimiento. La televisión en vez de estar centrada o cerca de la cama casi está en la otra punta y es incómoda de ver además de ser antigua.
Mal conservación de las habitaciones.
