Adequate, but not the same as it was in years gone by
Pros:

Breakfast was good with many options.

Cons:

The property is dated with many aspects of things getting older. Sinks, rust, small shower/tub,furniture. The bed/mattress was nice. Paying $17 /night for parking with a built in hi-rise parking lot seemed strange. Very loud room next door was awful.

Our room had a leak and the carpet was all wet

Great location but I would have to consider hard stay there again because of the cleanliness and the outdated rooms.

Good Value
Pros:

Went well. The room on the 15th floor was nice, with a frig, and coffee and tea. Had a beautiful view of the bay. The pool was a nice addition. Parking was an additional $18. The only problem were the elevators. They are slow. You can only access the 3-story parking garage from ground floor. I understand it. It's a security feature. That said, it's a pain because you have to go to the ground floor, then, change elevators to go to parking garage. When we checked out, there were probably 20 people waiting to ride to the ground floor, on the slow elevators. All the elevators that were going down were full. I finally figured out that we jump on an empty elevator going UP. Other than that, all was well.

My stay was disappointing—the phone and microwave didn’t work, there was trash behind the bed, the AC didn’t cool proper

Cons:

HUGE line for the elevator after a concert. Stairs were “emergency only” which was very inconvenient. Additionally turning throughout the garage was TIGHT. Finding a parking space took time too. ALSO, a huge line to check in & NO AC on in the lobby..
