The location is nice. View from our windows was nice.

Cons:

Our room had many issues. The tv did not work, the windows to the outside were very dirty, one ceiling tile in bathroom was black with mold, no cover for ice bucket, no clock, need I say more! The check-in line was very long.

Room, particularly the bathroom was unacceptable. Loudness from outside, bathroom crud around floors. Light fixture cans hanging loose. Rusty, buckled ceiling tiles. One day not enough towels or toilet paper. Sink faucet moved all over and left a hole when you turned it on. Wallpaper curling and loose. Bed
decent but so high my husband had to help me up. Toilet so low it was uncomfortable. Breakfast room had one lady taking mo ey, getting coffee and juice and cleaning off tables and refilling. No way could she handle all that alone. We left her a big tip, but people had to wait a long time for what they
needed. Gift shop attendant gone delivering room service both times we went in to buy water. Staff was very short handed. We will never stay there again.

The view and the location was good.

Cons:

The bath tub was horrible and the water in the tub had poor drainage. Also the patio door did not hold up against the wind causing noises throughout the night as if someone was breaking in even though we were on the 20th floor.

Pros:

Everything was clean and nice. Rooms are way too small and no balcony to go out to made it even smaller. We were waiting for over 15 minutes just to get on an elevator which stopped at every single floor which made it even longer ride.

Completely ruined my stay with charges I didn’t know what for
Pros:

Nice very clean but need some renovation gots a lot of old stuff and doors and cabinets. The view was good bar was good.

So we booked on booking.com
When we get to the hotel they started making a bunch of charges to my card. Some that couldn’t be explained just a two night stay turned into an almost 1,000 from 450$ ver big difference. Still I’m they are trying to charge till this date on our card. Not at all welcoming don’t like dealing with this. Never had this happens in any other hotel.
