My second time here and I’d stay again.
Pros:

Location. I didn’t use them, but the amenities were good. The lobby bar was really nice and so was the food.

Cons:

Could use some room updates.

Patio door broken, I understand it’s closed/locked for obvious reasons but it was broke and let in a draft and noise. The ACalso didn’t work, we had to call in and have maintenance fix.

It was good but not sure I would stay here again.
Pros:

The hotel and rooms were very nice. The staff kept up with the rooms.

Cons:

The check in took a very long time and I still have not received my deposit back from the hotel.

Pros:

Very dirty…windows hadn’t been cleaned in at least a year….edges of the floor were very dirty…outdated…smelled! This is ridiculous for $260 a night!

Nice location, but I would jot stay here again.

The location is great. The staff was very friendly, professional and compassionate.

Cons:

The hotel needs some major upgrades and work. The water was shut off for hours on a busy Saturday morning. The elevators were dangerous. They would close on you very fast! The bathroom in our room did not have proper ventilation. The vent was broken. The door got stuck to the bathroom. The tub water did not drain properly. There were not enough electric outlets and the ones that we did have, not all worked. The doors to the balcony were locked and the glass was dirty. The beds were comfy but too high for short people to get on comfortably. The parking garage was over crowded, not compatible for large trucks. The pool water was cloudy and the sun lounge chairs were torn and tables rusted. The floor planks in the pool area moved. The garage elevator was out of order all through our stay and we had my elderly 78 mother inlaw that can't hardly walk without a walker and could not take stairs. It was a challenge finding accommodating parking for her.
