The location and staff were great.

Cons:

The hotel definitely needs to be updated. Very old style and restroom was really old. For what we paid, i expected a nicer room. No place to put an adapter to charge phone or watch. Overall the price was not worth the room.

Comfortable stay but not as advertised
Pros:

The King size bed was very comfortable, bathroom and shower were decent size, and the staff that we came into contact with were friendly.

Cons:

The room said it had a view and the view was a corner of the roof that the pool is on with a building block the rest of the view. The balcony was inaccessible for "safety of the residents" even though it had a railing. The price would've been acceptable if the view was actually a view worth looking at and the balcony was accessible. Also, I grew up traveling alot and have stayed in many hotels and motels and have NEVER heard of paying for parking tell I moved to Texas but I cant really say I am surprised with the way the world is going...

Friendly personnel and very clean environment.

Cons:

When booking it said the pull out sofa would fit my 11 and 15 year old and it was smaller than a twin bed. So my 11 year old had to sleep on the floor with cushions. The bed in the suite was horrible there were huge dips in the bed that it hurt or backs and the pillows extremely flat even coming then in half didn't help, so we were up at 5am. In the shower the nob was broken out leaked all night and the temperatures weren't correct as shown in the temperature scale displayed.
