Close to attractions
2 hour delay on room! All guests were irritated! Poor management and then we downgraded rooms because we had a weeding nearby and needed to change and get ready! Poor poor management! Shame on the customer service staff as well…offer a $15 discount and we have to downgrade! Get real! Last stay at Hyatt house! Do better Hyatt! Not up to standards.
Location
I paid for the bigger suite with a view and we were given the room for a person with a disability. Disappointed! Not much of sound barrier with children running up and down the halls screaming late late at night and 6am. We were on a vacation and did not get much sleep.
Everything was great, my daughter loved the breakfast and my fiancé enjoyed the pool table.

I love all the amenities, the quietness , the ambiance was peaceful, the area was around everything and anything. The design of the room is perfect like having a little condo for the length of your stay!
The outlets on the lamps didn’t work.

I liked the convenience to everything.
When we checked in, they gave us a room that was not cleaned. There was Tupperware in the fridge and the bedroom was not made. It seemed that there was still someone using that room. We went down and let them know. They gave us a new room and the sofa bed for my daughter had popcorn on it. The furniture was broken and sofa was stained. The shower was filled with soap scum. This was very disappointing! The staff gave us a discount off but this was not great at all. I truly wish this hotel would not be on booking.com. They definitely have housecleaning issues. I have pictures that I took as well.
